RE: [KCFusion] on the fly pdf
Title: Message I have tried html2pdf from the tag gallery. I am not sure if this is the one that you have already. It converts HTML Version 3.2 pages without using style sheet pretty well. I use it to automate report generation. It is pretty easy to configure and implement. I purchased the ActivePDF suite many years ago. Their tech support on getting it to work with CF was terrible. It was just too complicated for me. My impression was that it is a product geared more toward ASP. ActivePDF might be better now. It is not cheap. The first place I checked for help on this is the macromedia tag gallery (or whatever it is called these days). I found a good tag except the html files seem to lose their formatting when converted to pdf. There were two others but complicated to use beyond my skill set. Anybody aware of a simple free solution? A.

Title: Message I have been using a program called PDF-Lib, but I think it costs $500+. Its pretty easy however and they have a free demo you can download (works fine, but adds really annoying watermark to your pages until you buy it). www.pdf-lib.com Here are a few resource sites: http://www.planetpdf.com/ - big site with lots of software links and reviews (500+) http://www.pdfzone.com Hope this helps, Ryan -Original Message-From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Adaryl WakefieldSent: Wednesday, July 31, 2002 11:43 PMTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]Subject: [KCFusion] on the fly pdf Im currently working on a project where im required to generate pdf files on the fly. I've worked with ActivePDF, which is very nice, but it may be more than what you're looking for. -glenn -Original Message-From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Adaryl WakefieldSent: Wednesday, July 31, 2002 11:43 PMTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]Subject: [KCFusion] on the fly pdf Im currently working on a project where im required to generate pdf files on the fly.
