[Chevelle-list] Carpet - Outstanding Service
Last week I was asking about cut pile carpet for my elky. On Tuesday noontime, I ordered it from here: http://www.auto-interior.com/ Friday nite I get home from work & its sitting on my door step. Unbelievably fast. Its from ACC and had to be custom made. I won't open it til monday so won't comment on quality but I don't remember any negative comments about them. -- Rick Schaefer 72 TPI El Camino

What a surprise. His URL is http://garyssteeringwheel.com/ I met him and saw some of his stuff in person when the Olds Nationals were held in NJ about 5 years ago. Really nice stuff. Quoting "D.R. Have needed one on numerous occasions so while looking for something else on e-bay just out and bought one. Course the wife wasn't near as excited cause she had been talking about redoing the kitchen and bathrooms and the floors in the house. I didn't realize that she was talking pretty quick as compared to later on. Guess I should have asked, but then I wouldn't have bought the plasma cutter. So it really worked out for the better. If anyone runs across a horn ring for a 1959 cadillac I sure need one. D.R. Jones Burleson, TX
Re: [Chevelle-list] PEARLCRAFT. The most beautiful steering wheels: Welcome
Yep I realize they are in Australia, why I was wondering if anyone in the US did this same thing. Several very good restoration places in the US, but I can't find anyone doing this kind of process. I have purchased a few items from sellers in Australia, items I couldn't find in the US. Some of my old motorcycle parts came from Australia. And the cost always has been very reasonable or I should say in the range within which I would spend to get what I want. Speaking of cost, a small electronic item I needed was found in a shop in Paris, France. Since we were going to Paris I waited until we were there to go by this shop to purchase the item. Found out I could get it cheaper by buying it over the Internet and paying shipping. Seems all the taxes and stuff they add really runs the prices up, really a weird deal. D.R. On the other hand, it seems that the Aussies take their Classics seriously. On 1/23/08, D.R. Jones <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Has anyone done business with this company or know of anyone.
