Re: [Chevelle-List] Q: Brake line connection II
Thanks! That's good news! I guess I'll just move forward towards the front in disassembling the brake lines until I get to a point where I can get everything loose for replacement!? When I was changing the front brake pads the other day I realized that I have to change the discs too, one of them looked like a washboard :-( But I'll sacrifice a set of brake pads so I can drive my car home to Stockholm a.s.a.p. from my parents house & do the disc change at the car-club in Stockholm when I eventually get there ;-) Best regards Pelle - Original Message - From: "Mike Holleman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, June 25, 2003 6:42 PM Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] Q: Brake line connection II > Pelle, The hose threads into the brass block. Pelle, The hose threads into the brass block. All are replacable. You will need to remove the steel line from the front end of the flexible line and pop the clip loose that holds the flex. line to the chassis. Then all should come out. Good luck.
