telnet

Hi,
Can anyone help on this.I do a VPN connection on a client machine on to my 
network.when the connection is established, I get assigned an IP 
address.Then I try to telnet unto my servers which refuse the connection.I 
have a firewall in between doing NAT.I can ping the firewall alright but 
cant telnet.
would be grateful if I can get any help.

setting 2 vlans on 3500

hi all,
Can anyone tell me why i cant set up 2 vlan interfaces on the 3500 catalyst 
switch which has the IOS version.
When I setup 2 vlan interfaces,one of the interfaces becomes 
administratively and when even you try to bring it up with no shut.it doesnt 
respond.could someone tell me why this.

firewall interface

I would appreciate it if anyone can help me on this.I have a router which 
its interface is connected to
nokia firewall.Another interface on the firewall is connected to a switch 
which this client machine sits off


router(192.168.2.2)--firewall(192.168.2.1)

firewall 
int(192.168.1.254)---switchmachine(192.168.1.20)

Nat is running on the firewall.The machine has 192.168.1.20 address has an 
internet address on the nat.
The problem is that you cant seem to access this machine from the router.Can 
anyone help out on this.I can ping as far as the 192.168.2.1 from the 
router.

ping

Hi everyone,
I have server behind a firewall.I can get a ping reply for one of the server 
but cant get a reply from the second server from the internet.

Can anyone give ideas as to how this can be worked out.From my internal 
network I can ping the machine but from the internet,its not possible.
