Set the default gateway on both the serial interfaces to your ISP, this
should work.

You don't say how your routing, strictly default or full BGP.  If full
BGP let the  packets take the best path, if default set up two default
and load share per destination and I wouldn't get too hung up about some
asymetrical routing.

  But if you insist, policy routing is for you.
