Re: [darktable-user] folder levels
The answer is that I had been looking at the *original* version of darktablerc. The *user* version indicated the correct number. OK! That 'splains that! I was unaware of there being two versions of darktablerc. Thank you for the clarity, Remco! On Windows machines, the global version is located in C:\Program Files\darktable\share\darktable, while the local version is located in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\darktable. The local version on my machines DOES show file folder levels matching those in preferences. Duly noted for future reference. Thanks again, Remco! Re: [darktable-user] folder levels
Even more interesting! I'm on Windows 10 (2 machines), with levels set to "3" in preferences, yet darktablerc still shows levels set to "1". I'm using the general release of darktable 3.4.0, not a daily compilation. Willy Williams ** On 1/5/2021 at 10:01, Patrick Shanahan wrote: * Willy Williams [01-05-21 09:56]: Interesting! Re: [darktable-user] folder levels
This seems to be the entry in darktable.rc that effects the height of the relevant box. Either it is a new preference or somehow or other in my case it got reset to some minimal value. plugins/lighttable/collect/windowheight=157 On Tue, 5 Jan 2021 at 15:01, Patrick Shanahan wrote: > * Willy Williams [01-05-21 09:56]: > > Interesting!
