Bug#727213: confirmation
severity: grave thanks I can confirm this bug. Maybe it would help to update this package to the current upstream version - it seems like this bug does not occur anymore afterwards. I used the Ubuntu Saucy .deb packages from here: https://launchpad.net/~bit-team/+archive/stable/+packages Unfortunately BackInTime does not start with them either, because of another problem with python-keyring... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#719871: texlive-science: siunitx: Bug in siunitx-version-1.cfg
Package: texlive-science Version: 2013.20130722-1 Severity: normal Hi, SIunitX is unusable at the moment (at least for me ;)), because of this error when compiling: LaTeX error: "kernel/property-unknown" The key property '.meta:x' is unknown. It is caused by a bug which is already fixed upstream: https://github.com/josephwright/siunitx/commit/c8a302439cd18cd014eef8377667f7ab662ba37d Please include this fix in the next version. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#634962: horde3: Problem with latest security fix for lenny - Required secret is invalid
Package: horde3 Version: 3.2.2+debian0-2+lenny3 Severity: important The latest security fix introduced a problem. For example: if you go to "Options -> Global Options -> Personal Information" you get a notice in the WebInterface saying: "Required secret is invalid - potentially malicious request". This only seems to be annoying at first (it is still possible to create new identities/change them), but it is impossible now to delete an identity. There are possibly more problems in the Options pages - I have not done any further testing yet. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.8 APT prefers oldstable APT policy: (500, 'oldstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-xen-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages horde3 depends on: ii apache2 2.2.9-10+lenny9Apache HTTP Server metapackage ii apache2-mpm-prefo 2.2.9-10+lenny9Apache HTTP Server - traditional n ii libapache2-mod-ph 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13 server-side, HTML-embedded scripti ii libjs-scriptaculo 1.8.1-5JavaScript library for dynamic web ii php-log 1.10.0-1 Log module for PEAR ii php-mail 1.1.14-1+lenny1PHP PEAR module for sending email ii php-mail-mime 1.5.2-0.1 PHP PEAR module for creating MIME ii php5-gd 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13 GD module for php5 ii php5-mcrypt 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13 MCrypt module for php5 Versions of packages horde3 recommends: ii fckeditor 1:2.6.2-1lenny1rich text format javascript web ed ii locales 2.7-18lenny7 GNU C Library: National Language ( ii logrotate 3.7.1-5Log rotation utility ii php-date 1.4.7-1PHP PEAR module for date and time ii php-db1.7.13-2 PHP PEAR Database Abstraction Laye ii php-file 1.3.0-1PHP Pear modules for common file a ii php-services-weat 1.4.2-2acts as an interface to various on ii php5-cli 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13 command-line interpreter for the p ii php5-mysql5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13 MySQL module for php5 ii tinymce2 2.1.3-1platform independent web based Jav Versions of packages horde3 suggests: pn chora2 (no description available) pn enscript (no description available) ii gettext 0.17-4 GNU Internationalization utilities pn gollem (no description available) ii imp4 4.2-4lenny3 webmail component for horde framew pn kronolith2 (no description available) ii libgeoip11.4.4.dfsg-3+lenny1 A non-DNS IP-to-country resolver l pn libwpd-tools (no description available) pn mnemo2 (no description available) pn php-net-imap (no description available) pn php5-auth-pam (no description available) pn php5-mhash (no description available) pn ppthtml(no description available) pn rpm(no description available) pn source-highlight (no description available) ii turba2 2.2.1-2 contact management component for h pn unrtf (no description available) pn webcpp (no description available) pn wv (no description available) pn xlhtml (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#587702: No comment yet?
I'm wondering, that none of the maintainers has commented on this bug yet? I think this one is not that unimportant, because it could for example silently break automatic backup scripts which is not very nice, especially in debian stable! If the bug can't be repeated, please let me know and I will try and do a bit more of debugging. One information I forgot to add above is, that I use ssh key authentication, and have not tested it with password authentication. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#587702: tar (rmt) hangs since update in lenny when using --rsh-command=\/usr\/bin\/ssh
Package: tar Version: 1.20-1+lenny1 Severity: important Since the package update in lenny a few days ago, my automatic backups to a remote system, which are using tar --rsh-command=\/usr\/bin\/ssh, started to run forever. Also a manual execution of: tar -c -f 'u...@example.com:backup.tgz' --rsh-command=\/usr\/bin\/ssh -z '/home' -vv only prints a few lines (the first 4 files or so) and stops doing anything after that. (but still runs until one breaks it with ctrl+c). Downgrading the package to this version: http://snapshot.debian.org/package/tar/1.20-1/#tar_1.20-1 on the remote system solved the problem, and the backups work again. So I believe the problem has something to do with the changes made to the rmt command in the update. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.5 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages tar depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18lenny4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries tar recommends no packages.
