Добрый день. Добавить-то его можно, если вы напишете к нему новую словарную статью (не взятую из другого словаря), но в словаре наверняка есть ещё тысячи других пропущенных слов. В Debian упакован словарь "как есть", причём свободна только 7 редакция, поэтому даже обращаться к составителям словаря бессмысленно: они не раздают новые версии под лицензией, позволяющей их включить в дистрибутив.
