Hi,

Both collectd and virtio-forwarder have migrated to testing, with the
new version of DPDK. The old packages appear to have been already
removed from buster, so I think this can be closed now.

Bug#918136: RM: srtp/1.4.5~20130609~dfsg-2

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian@packages.debian.org

Hi,

Please remove src:srtp from testing, it has been superseded by src:srtp2
and should not be released with buster. The appropriate RC bug has been filed
for a long time now (#910292), but the autoremoval clock has not started
ticking yet. I assume the package is considered a key-package due to a high
popcon count (because it was an indirect dependency of kde-standard until quite
recently).

I think nothing in testing should block this.

berni@coccia:~$ dak rm -Rn -s testing srtp
Will remove the following packages from testing:

  libsrtp0 | 1.4.5~20130609~dfsg-2 | amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386, mips,

Bug#918131: nmu: gnushogi_1.5~git20140725-1

2019-01-03 Thread Sven Joachim
Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal

Please rebuild gnushogi in experimental, it still depends on libncurses5
rather than libncurses6.

nmu gnushogi_1.5~git20140725-1 . ANY . experimental . -m "Rebuild against
libncurses6."

There are two more packages in experimental which depend on libncurses5,
but they cannot be rebuilt due to #832330 and #915072.

Please see #894049 for the libncurses6 transition.

Patch submitted in #918128.

That just leaves python-numpy breaking many autopkgtests, which I'm not
in a position to fix.

 For the Debian GIS team I'd like to transition to GDAL 2.4.0.

 Like the previous transition to GDAL 2.3.0 (#898566), there is no SONAME
 bump, only the virtual ABI package changed to account for the C++ symbol
 changes.

 All reverse dependencies rebuilt successfully with GDAL 2.4.0 from
 experimental as summarized below, except mysql-workbench due to an
 unrelated issue (#914761).

 libgdal-grass doesn't need a binNMU as the 2.4.0 version will be
 uploaded to unstable instead. liblas likewise doesn't need a binNMU,
 the version is experimental will be moved to unstable instead.

That looks like @Boost_PKGCONFIG_LIBS@ which is constructed in
CMakeLists.txt with:

  foreach (b ${Boost_LIBRARIES})
get_filename_component(bname ${b} NAME_WE)
# Prefix always -l
set (bname "-l${bname}")
# Remove the prefix lib (not always present, like in pthread)
string (REPLACE "lib" "" bname "${bname}")
set (Boost_PKGCONFIG_LIBS "${Boost_PKGCONFIG_LIBS} ${bname}")
  endforeach(b)

get_filename_component() seems to return an empty string for one of the
boost libraries.

Kind Regards,

Bas

Looks like the rebuilt gazebo fails its autopkgtest due to a broken gazebo.pc,
see #918121. That causes migration delays for gdal. No idea where the broken
flag is coming from, I haven't investigated that deep.

Hello,

Please remove python-htseq-doc from the testing distribution. It is no
longer build by the source package and its presence is blocking a
migration

from unstable.

Individual binary packages aren't removed from testing in that way. You
need the package removing from unstable, which is ftp-master territory;
re-assigning.

Adam

In Kali we are using neither of those features.

http://git.kali.org/gitweb/?p=britney2.git has our britney fork and
configuration.

Configuration file:
http://git.kali.org/gitweb/?p=britney2.git;a=blob_plain;f=kali.conf

We run britney as "./britney.py -c kali.conf -v" as can be seen
in this helper script:

Sponsor upload not built on up-to-date unstable,
libusbguard0 is not installable in unstable.

Source-only uploads would avoid such problems.

Hi! We are *almost* ready to go ahead with the last Qt transition for Buster.

This time is a simple pure-bugfixes release, to the point that we need it only
for qtbase: qtdeclarative should just work.

It would be great if you could set up the transition page so I can check rdeps
easily. I'll of course ping this bug when we are ready to start the transition.

Ben file:

title = "qtbase-opensource-src";
is_affected = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-11-2" | .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-11-3";
is_good = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-11-3";
is_bad = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-11-2";

Thanks!

2019-01-03 Thread Pino Toscano
Hi,

while the transition is over in unstable, there are still things to do
in experimental. Can you please issue binNMUs for affected packages
there? There should be only kmymoney.

Thanks,
