For Outlook users, I tell them to create a new message to me, then go to the toolbar, pull down Insert, then choose Item, and find the spam message, and click OK. This is much easier to describe than right-clicking, and much easier to describe than dragging and dropping the spam message into a new message to me. Not sure about Outlook. Outlook Express cuts off most headers if you use the Forward icon. Instead, select Message from the top-level menu and then select Forward As Attachment. The forwarded email will have all the headers intact.
