[Declude.Virus] Notifications

2005-12-05 Thread John Carter
Imail 8.21
Declude Pro 3.0.5.21

Is anyone else still having problems with not getting notices? Someone
mentioned a patched version that fixed this, but was pre-.21. I would have
assumed that those patches would have been in .21. I have all removed except
the BANnotify.eml (see below). This one comes to me only, but stopped
working before 3.0.5.20.

Thanks,
John C

I was told the 3.0.5.21 version fixes the problem in IMail but not in
SmarterMail.

Since I'm using SmarterMail, I'm waiting for version 3.0.5.22.

RE: [Declude.Virus] Notifications

2005-12-05 Thread John Carter
I may be missing something, but the last change to the notice file was over
a year ago and it had been working fine - text starts on line 1, one blank
line after to, from, subject; it sits in c:\imail\declude folder. Even
stop/restarted services (Imail's and Decludeproc ).

Not released yet but has tested fine as an interim, should have the virus
notifications for SM, you can try the latest version:

Imail

SmarterMail

RE: [Declude.Virus] Notifications

2005-12-05 Thread John Carter
I still must be missing something. Stopped decludeproc service, copied and
renamed new file, restarted service, and verified version (.22) Then sent
attached zip from internal and external (Yahoo) accounts. Both were stopped.
But still no notice. Even stopped and restarted SMTP and Queue manager.

I'll submit my cfg and eml to Declude. Maybe they will see something.

Thanks,
John
