The PrintScreen key does not work anymore in that situation. If I kill the gnome-screenshot process the white zone disappears and the PrintScreen key becomes functional again. I am using Ubuntu 14.10 with Unity. To replicate on a computer with multiple displays: 1. Launch Remmina. 2. Connect to a computer using RDP protocol. 3. Click the full screen button. The application flips over to the other display and goes full screen. 4. Restore the application. 5. Drag it back to the display where you want it. 6. Click the full screen button again. The application flips over to the other display and goes full screen. The expectation is that the application should stay on the display where I put it or it should offer an option to allow me to specify the screen I want it on. Useful information: * Empathy starts up automatically when I log in * Most of the time is starts as Unavailable or Away (I think it restores the last state) * MSN chat Problem: Here's what happens * Get contacted by a spammer * Open Blocked Contacts list * Click on the window to view spam * Choose Contact-Block contact from chat window It actually erases (usually) one or two other entries in the Blocked Contacts that were already there. Thus I end up getting contacted from other spammers. I couldn't figure out what was going on for the longest time until I saw that. If I add them manually to the Blocked Contacts list it seems fine. Sorry I realize it's a bizaro issue to report but there you have it. For standby, the status is said online at the other end even though there is no connection (error message upon sending a message). I've looked a lot around bugs sections in many sites but none of them had an answer. Under Empathy 3.6 on quantal, the option for a compact mode disappeared and each contact in the list takes about 3 times the vertical space needed to display the contact's username. Now even with my high resolution montor, I can only view about 1/3 of my online contacts at a time. Please bring back the compact mode. Then, I setup the system to connect my active directory server. Done. In this configuration, I've had some issues with Empathy, each time I rebooted the PC, I had to setup all my IM account (Google MSN). It was boring, but it worked. Some days ago, I upgraded the PC to 12.10. The upgrade worked smoothly, and didn't degrade the AD integration. I entered my online accounts in the dedicated applet. But now, Empathy doesn't work at all. The Empathy window shows You need to setup an account to see contacts here with the Account settings button. If I click this button, I see all the accounts I previously setup. For each IM account, beside the account Empathy section, I see an Options button, if I click it, I get an empty window with just 2 buttons Cancel Done.
