I added the meta tags to our local installation as per https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=jena.git;a=commitdiff;h=1bbe9ec;hp=4dcab0053d8d1c2143c207178cfa70413707ebed. I then tested with an IE11 instance running with "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" checked. With these meta tags in place, the Fuseki web pages now render as expected in IE11 having this setting. If you can manually edit the HTML pages (you may have to restart Tomcat, or Fuseki) you can add the HTML meta tag missing. Or alternatively, you can grab a snapshot built after today (28/Dec/2015 21:49 UTC), or build from sources. tag that you can find near the opening head tag, please? Then clear the cache,
close your browser, open again and let us know if that works. If so, we can

mode 7." but Bruno's sequence says the initial state is fine. Is that because
one is localhost and one is 192.168.X.Y. What happens when using localhost (or
127.0.0.1)?
Good news is that Jena recently released so any change to {{index.html}} will
get max exposure across systems before the next release.

The documentation reports the "Via intranet compatibility settings" applies when "The 'Display intranet sites in Compatibility View' box is checked in the Compatibility View settings." Therefore, this issue appears to be specific to the case of running IE11 in combination with hosting the Fuseki web site within an intranet having "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View."
