Hi Lee: It might work...but then again... It is all Lacquer based...I use a lot of dope..on models. I'm not sure if the HV stuff has any additives in it to make it more dielectric or not. I do know that the newer transformer insulating varnish isnt varnish at all but a form of epoxy. I guess it depends on what you are asking the coating to do. [Drakelist] T-4X relay
Just bought the T-4x and have not looked at it yet. The seller mentioned that he pulled the open relay and replaced it with a enclosed relay he had and also said the PTT circuit was now 12 vdc. Looking at the schematic, looks like the original was 6 volt on the PTT.
