[Dri-devel] TEXMEM , I can find that only in CVS? And for debian?
Hi all, I want to know where I can fine The texmem trunk of DRI, possibly in debian packages. And if there aren't debian packages the other ways ;-) . Anyone can tell me the known bugs that actually these drivers have? [Dri-devel] Re: G450 on DRI and problems
Another thing, if I install only the DRM module in the cvs tree the textures don't seems to be corrupted and the problems in vendetta are solved, but the system freeze up in 10-20 seconds. Ok, I have to correct myself , this drivers have many bugs, now all the open GL utilities have textures corruptions . [Dri-devel] G450 on DRI and problems
Hi all, I'm new to DRI , so I need some help to solve problems. I've downloaded mga packages from DRI site and installed it with sh install.sh , and here all ok, but now at startup appears : DRIUnlock called when locked, and in the session DRI have some problems. I use debian SID and I've tried some games as TuxRacer, Vendetta , Racer, Tuxkart , XMAME-GL. The results are that some of this games have problems at 24bbp that are not present at 16bbp (and other problems that are present at all resolutions) Tuxracer = The penguin have a texture skin that is very bright , and appear as white Vendetta = The background have many rainbow coloured drops on it and some animations have problems Racer = The menu is too bright (all seems white) and the textures flickers. Tuxkart = is OK XMAME-GL = have to options, SEG FAULT or running VERY SLOW. I don't know what generates these problems, but seems something related to texture upload or something similar ( when running "RACER" appears something about the texture upload) . Another problem is that when I use HWCursor and I use an application that use DRI in Fullscreen the mouse cursor changes in a big white square , this happen too when I use a windowed application that use DRI and I switch in text consoles with CTRL+ALT+Fx and then I return to X I use XFree86 4.2.1-5 package from Debian and releated Mesa libraries. This can be a Mesa problem? Or a problem related to my X version? Bug in compiling this version of X by Debian Project?I've updated the bios of my G450 to 2.0 but it wasn't very useful.
