Hi. Request copy works for restricted bitstreams, it seems that you revoked permisions to item. The selected item is access restricted and requires credentials to view. Please login to access the item. With Bram's help I figured out what the problem was, we didn't realize that the embargo date on the first embargo screen was for the item/metadata so there was essentially NO access for anyone until the specified embargo date.
