[Ekiga-list] ekiga - full cpu used

2011-05-16 Thread Antonio Trande
Hi,

i'm setting my ekiga 3.3.0 on Fedora 15.

I use a D-Link DSL2640R router
<http://www.dlink.co.uk/cs/Satellite?c=Product_C&childpagename=DLinkEurope-GB%2FDLProductCarouselMultiple&cid=1197375464607&p=1197318962342&packedargs=ParentPageID%3D1197318962321%26locale%3D1195806691854%26packedargs%3DProductParentID%253D1195808621247&pagename=DLinkEurope-GB%2FDLWrapper>,
with open forward ports 3478, 5000-5100, 1720 to bypass NAT.
Sometimes echo test or conference room test doesn't function, but i believe
that is normal (depend by server, i think)

The calls instead, send or received, uses up CPU completely crashing Ekiga.
Can i do something to resolve problem ?

Thanks

ptlib compiled and installed

ekiga compiled and installed

I've done copy of the *libopal.so* and *libopal.so.3.10.1* libraries

Ekiga works fine with integrated webcam (Acer Aspire 6930G); echo test, call

[Ekiga-list] Ekiga 3.3.1 doesn't send message

2011-07-24 Thread Antonio Trande
Hi.

I've installed Ekiga 3.3.1 on my Fedora 14 32bit. I had problems to send
message to another account ekiga online before last beta realase.
Now, the same problem doesn't exist but when use chat with online people, on
chat box appears ("Impossibile inviare il messaggio" in italian) "impossible
to send message".

Another bug ?

[Ekiga-list] ekiga 3.3.2 installation on Fedora 16 64bit

2011-08-23 Thread Antonio Trande
Hi,

i've just installed last ekiga release

1- ptlib

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install

2- opal

./configure PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig --prefix=/usr
 --disable-libavcodec
make
make install

3- ekiga

./configure PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig --prefix=/usr
make
make install

Ekiga doesn't work. Running by terminal:

$ ekiga
> ekiga: error while loading shared libraries: libpt.so.2.10.2: cannot open
> shared object file: No such file or directory
> $ locate libpt.so
> /usr/lib/libpt.so
> /usr/lib/libpt.so.2.10.1
> /usr/lib64/libpt.so.2.10.1
> $ locate libopal.so
> /usr/lib/libopal.so
> /usr/lib/libopal.so.3.10.1
> /usr/lib64/libopal.so
> /usr/lib64/libopal.so.3.10.1

Have I mistaken something ?

Sure.
I've just done before to recompile ekiga + libraries.

I'll try again.

With the option *--disable-libavcodec, *make completes its work but ffmpeg
codecs are not available.
If i remember properly this issue pops up with the old release of Ekiga too
and it was linked to ffmpeg.
