RE: Do Not Deliver Before
Regular function for all management. I know one of them, sneaky devil wants to leave the office early and still deliver emails after he has left. Shhh... Seriously I know a lot of them want to send reminders or updates to team members or staff and most of the time it would not be a problem, but some are really A. retentive and want it to look like it sent when they schedule it to send. Thanks, any suggestions on how to script that for easy use. Perhaps a Outlook plugin that they could use instead? Not sure how to accomplish this for wide scale use. Write a script to deliver the message at the time desired and do not use the Do Not Deliver Before option. Is it a one time thing, just curious, or to be a regular occurrence? Anyone have problems with the DO NOT DELIVER BEFORE XXX option?
In several test eMails I have sent, where the Do Not Deliver Before time is set, there is a significant delay before the eMail is actually sent (2 to 3 days on average). The times are all set properly on servers and workstations and all other mail is flowing fine. I was just wondering if this is a problem with the product or if it is most likely a problem with our system? List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm

Are the messages delivering out of a mailbox? PST? Internal? External? From an OST that's offline when it's supposed to be delivered? Any events in the log when it's supposed to send? When it actually does send? OS ver? Exchange VER? Service Packs? White? Wheat? Rye? Pumpernickel?
