I had that happen and I'm trying to remember what we did. Are you logging in
with domain/username?

I've seen it happen where the default email address has changed and that has
messed up the login.

Are you able to open the mailbox using the admin username and password?  If
so try adding the user to the admin group, then log onto OWA with the users
name and password.  Once you have connected successfully remove the user
from the admin group.  Sounds a little strange but it has worked for me one
time in the past.

I have seen inconsistencies in the Exchange account cause these issues.
As stated below, check the e-mail addresses for a user that works and
compare them to a user that does not.  Also check the format of the
Exchange Alias.

this same issue with the President here, and it ended up as far as I could tell 
that when I changed his username to match our new aliases, it messed up the 
account.  I say as far as I can tell because he hadn't tried to get into 
OWA for a couple months after we had it installed...  So, recreating the 
mailbox, and associating it with his new username worked.

I've gotten it to work by typing in the name of the username (mailbox name)
vs the username when I had this same issue.

tried all suggestions and nothing has worked so far…I’m ready to recreate the
mailbox.  Did a test on another
mailbox.  Got the new one created,
but none of the existing email came over to the new box.  How do I get the old email associated
with the new box?
