I've tried the every driver I have loaded for the 800 series and 600 series with the same results as I had in 8.0. There's an issue printing to an 855 through the Barricade's print server, and their official response is to print with the 600 driver. The only 600 driver I could get to work in 8.0 was the one *from* HP. I've had similar problems for most of our HP-printers as well and finally decided that it was time to give turboprint a chance. It integrates nicely into almost any printing environment (cups, lpr, lprng, ...) and offers printer drivers for every printer that I have come around so far. only bad thing: if you want to get maximum quality (photo printing) you either have to live with a footer saying I was printed with turboprint or you purchase it for EUR 19.95.
