I still have one of the distemper kittens, her name is Moonshade. (Tortie
w/ distinct markings over left eye). I find myself calling her
Moonie...Ugh, she's too pretty for that!

Karen, good luck with your move. Having just moved last year, it can
be so stressful. Keep us updated on Moon Pie!

My vet is going to Houston next week via American airlines. he is willing
to bring moon pie back here if karyn is willing. I offered her to pay his plane
fair and she can come separate to do the home check this way he doesn't have to
endure the long car ride.
Guys please pray she says yes !

If you've been keeping an ongoing dialog with Karyn, she must have some
idea that you are trustworthy. With a veterinarian to personally
escort him and the benefit of a plane ride, (he'd be able to go in the
cabin, right?), she has to agree! Man, I want your vet! If I wasn't
already happily married, I'd be cruising veterinarian conventions to
get that kind of support! Could she make the trip before Moon Pie? I
don't know Karen, most of these guys are lucky to get a chance at life
at all, Moon Pie is one blessed cat to have so many humans care so
deeply about him.

Nina,
my vet is great but lets remember I work for American ! I can also
fly to go get this omega interferon from Europe if need be.
Bobby is anxiously awaiting his new playmate. I would not consider unless
its the only option putting a positive in cargo. Moon pie will fly in the first
class cabin if she agrees.

Karen,
I'm so excited about Moon Pie's arrival! Do you anticipate any problems
with him and Bobby getting along?

I too prefer mixing, but I think you are right about not mixing anyone
who's not in your personal forever care.
Keep us informed!

I just heard from Moon Pies foster mom it looks like he may be headed
this way in the next few days. Bobby Cat will be pleased to have
company. I am not paranoid about mixing positives and negatives but
the negatives are up for adoption and I don't think that would be proper.

Congratulations on the move! I'm so envious! Your Bobby sounds so
sweet. I've only got one personality like him in my house and he's a
German Shepherd. I like the name Moon Pie :) . My nephew had a kitty
when he was younger named Moon Striker, they called him Moonie for short.
