I don't know what caused it, but turning off GPO playback cured it. :-) It's gone in Finale2007, if that's any consolation. (probably not) Thanks. Actually it is consoling to know that it isn't just something simple I've overlooked. :-) ___ Finale mailing list Finale@shsu.edu http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
Re: [Finale] combining files into a song collection

Then drag other PDFs directly into that sidebar. Yes, there are numerous ways to combine PDFs in Acrobat. What you say is true, of course, but on the Mac, I recommend something like the free program "Combine PDFs" because it does the job faster and easier. The last time I tried rearranging pages in Acrobat, I was waiting around with the spinning beach ball too often. -Randolph Peters ___ Finale mailing list Finale@shsu.edu http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
[Finale] * sometimes doesn't work
Apologies if this has been covered before. Sometimes the * key, show/hide accidental, doesn't work. I had to get in the Edit Frame dialog box to force an accidental to show. Any solutions? FinWin2007 ___ Finale mailing list Finale@shsu.edu http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
Re: [Finale] combining files into a song collection
Since several other solutions have been mentioned, I might as well add that this IS possible using clip files. It would not be elegant, it would not be a lot of things, but it is possible. You'd end up with a large, single Finale document and the page numbers, etc. would be correct. If it might interest you to examine further, hollar. --Richard ___ Finale mailing list Finale@shsu.edu http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
