Since several other solutions have been mentioned, I might as well  
add that this IS possible using clip files. It would not be elegant,  
it would not be a lot of things, but it is possible. You'd end up  
with a large, single Finale document and the page numbers, etc. would  
be correct. If it might interest you to examine further, hollar.
