[Fink-devel] joining the #commits project and having a #fink-commits.
I would like to propose that we join the #commits project (http://navi.picogui.org/svn/picogui/trunk/tools/irc/cia.html) It is a fairly easy thing to do, we merely need a new entry in the loginfo, the scripts are already written which handle the data. why? Well first of all it is free exposure and secondly I and Benjamin for example really love. #kde-commits. It is a cheap and rather painless way to keep up to date what's happening in a CVS tree. Comments ? -d - Face me and you shall surely perish. PGP.sig Description: This is a digitally signed message part

Alright, there is now a #fink-commits channel that gets commits to cvs (generally) as they happen for those of you who are interested. :) It's not a replacement for discussion (if you need to comment to a packager about a commit, please do it on the list), but it can be handy when you're waiting for a change to happen. -- We put a lot of thought into our defaults.
