One more thing: ATI 2009 is not compatible with Win7 and ATI 2010 is not ready for prime time. 73 Neal Campbell Abroham Neal Software www.abrohamnealsoftware.com (540) 645 5394 NEW PHONE NUMBER Amateur Radio: K3NC Blog: http://www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/blog/ DXBase bug reports: email to ca...@dxbase.fogbugz.com Abroham Neal forums: http:/www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/community/ On Fri, Mar 5, 2010 at 6:48 PM, Neal Campbell wrote: > John > > How did you have double boot set up? Re: [Flexradio] Backup problem
John How did you have double boot set up? You are most likely using the Win7 bootloader. Get your Win7 dvd, put it in your dvd drive and boot your computer from it. When it comes up, click on Repair my Computer (do not click on Install!), A repair program will come up and rewrite the bootloader and likely will find the XP disk and set that up. If not, you can use BCDEdit to add it. 73 Neal Campbell Abroham Neal Software www.abrohamnealsoftware.com (540) 645 5394 NEW PHONE NUMBER Amateur Radio: K3NC Blog: http://www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/blog/ DXBase bug reports: email to ca...@dxbase.fogbugz.com Abroham Neal forums: http:/www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/community/ On Fri, Mar 5, 2010 at 6:18 PM, Ray J wrote: > Powersdr wont boot, or the computer will not boot up?? > > w9Ray > > >> -Original Message- >> From: flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz [mailto: >> flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz] On Behalf Of John Vandenberg >> Sent: Friday, March 05, 2010 1:31 PM >> To: flexradio@flex-radio.biz >> Subject: [Flexradio] Backup problem >> >> Have been trying to backup the system here with Acronis 2009 home version. >> The Flex system here runs Win7-32 and double boots with WinXP-pro. [Flexradio] Backup problem
Have been trying to backup the system here with Acronis 2009 home version. The Flex system here runs Win7-32 and double boots with WinXP-pro. After restoring it will not boot anymore. [Flexradio] Backup
Gerald: When using Office (and I have used it since it's inception), change your default file locations of the .ost and .pst files into your My Documents folder. That way, if you do a fast a dirty backup (like I do every weekend) of your My Docs folder, you at least have a full backup of your .ost and .pst files. These files contain all those important Outlook information.
