RE: Dialup admin error

radiusd: FreeRADIUS Version 1.1.8, for host i686-pc-linux-gnu, built on Mar 3
2010 at 18:01:19

here is the exact error I am getting

Warning: import_request_variables() [function.import-request-variables]:
Numeric key detected - possible security hazard. in
/usr/local/dialup_admin/conf/config.php3  on line 8

here is the code from dialup admin (config.php3)

?php
#
# Things should work even if register_globals is set to off
#
$testVer=intval(str_replace(., ,'4.1.0'));
$curVer=intval(str_replace(., ,phpversion()));
if( $curVer = $testVer )
import_request_variables('GPC');
# If using sessions set use_session to 1 to also cache the config file
#
$use_session = 0;
if ($use_session){
// Start session
@session_start();
}
if (!isset($config)){
unset($nas_list);
$ARR=file(../conf/admin.conf);
$EXTRA_ARR = array();
foreach($ARR as $val) {
$val=chop($val);
if (ereg('^[[:space:]]*#',$val) || ereg('^[[:space:]]*$',$val))
continue;

There are no errors in the error_log file in apache

As far as the procedure I was doing I was attempting to change a user password
through the edit user screen.

Thank you for choosing

What version of FreeRADIUS?

I don't know if the dialup_admin code has been changed in recent
versions of FreeRADIUS or not, but you might want to paste the code in
question (five lines previous, and five lines following) in the
offending file.

Also, posting what you attempted to enter, and what your web server log
file states would also be relevant.

This isn't a FreeRADIUS problem fwiw. It is a problem with your setup.
I'm not trying to be ignorant, I'm just attempting to get that out of
the way. This is third party code you are having an issue with.

Post what I asked for. Someone here will be able to guide you to an
appropriate resource if they can't help directly.

Re: Dialup Admin error

2004-08-27 Thread PageData Radius
We had the same type of problem as well. We had to add the following to our php.conf file (located at /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf on our RH9 system):
Files *.php3
 SetOutputFilter PHP
 SetInputFilter PHP
 LimitRequestBody 524288/Files
Then restarted apache and it would load the php3 files that dialupadmin uses. Hope this helps.
 Recently I download the Dialup-admin and I trying to use it. But when I open the first page, the column in the left it has an error in the top, the error is this: Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function import_request_variables() in ../conf/config.php3 on line 8. I try with apache2 also, but I have php4 installed in it, and when it try to open the menu, It try to download the buttons.php3!

Hi, thanks for your reply! You have this error: Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function import_request_variables() in ../conf/config.php3 on line 8, and you solve this with that apache entry??

I continue with this error and I have everything installed, mysql, freeradius.. I have to place the dialup_admin in some specific directory??
Because I already place it in /usr/loca/dialup_admin , /var/www/dialup_admin and in the directory where my freeradius is installed!

I don't know what else I can do...

Thanks!

Re: Dialup Admin error

2004-08-27 Thread PageData Radius
Sorry I didn't explain very well. We got the error with it trying to download the buttons.php3 instead ofshowing the buttons on the left columnand when we changed the php.conffile to allow php3 files and restarted apache then we did not get those errors. I can't remember if it also gave the error line ../conf/config.php3 line 8.
Try creating a test php3 file in your /var/www directory to make sure your apache is loading php3 type files correctly. For example, create a file called index.php3 and in it put ?php phpinfo(); ?Restart apache and try bringing up the index.php3 file in a browser.
We installed in /usr/local/dialup_admin and created symbolic linksin /var/www/html/dialup_admin

Re: Dialup Admin error

2004-08-27 Thread andremail82-freeradius
Hello!

Thanks for your help! I find wath was going wrong!!!

It was missing just one thing in my httpd.conf

The php was like this:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
 AddType application/x-tar .tgz AddType image/bmp .bmp

And I put this

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3 .phtml AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
 AddType application/x-tar .tgz AddType image/bmp .bmp
It is very funny because I uncomment the php3 lines in my apache, and when I restart it I receive A LOT of errors!
But now everything is working!
Thanks! ;)
