[fw-general] CLA Backlog?

2009-07-22 Thread Nick Pack

Hi All,

Its been over a forthnight now since I submitted a CLA, is there still a
backlog?

I have a component proposal (incl a working example) that I am keen to
push through, what hoops do I need to jump through to be able to add it
to the wiki?

Thanks,

Nick

The person who normally processes these has been busy the last couple
weeks; I expect they will be processed early this coming week.

[fw-general] CLA?

Hi,
I submitted a CLA by email over a week ago and have not yet had an
acknowledgement - any idea how long this takes? My follow-up mail a few
days ago has also not had a response.

We have somebody in-office who typically processes them each Monday.
However, it sometimes takes longer due to the other duties they have --
but not much longer.

[fw-general] CLA Approval Process

2009-07-13 Thread Nick Pack

Hey Guys,

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, I am posting this here
because I see a lot from the 'main' of the frameworks developers here.

I emailed a signed CLA early last week, and as yet have had no response,
just wondering if there is anything else I need to do, and whether or
not I should recieve some form of confirmation.

I have a proposal for a new component that I'd like to get put up on the
wiki, but at the moment I still have no permissions!

Thanks in advance, and apologies if this is the wrong list to post to!

Hi,

I get a status?

RE: [fw-general] CLA question

2007-12-10 Thread Wil Sinclair
There's just one other note I'd like to add to this: when you've signed
an individual CLA it is up to you to ensure that you're in compliance
with that CLA. If you are doing this work while on the clock, you should
definitely make sure that your employer understands the CLA and fully
condones what you're doing. If you are doing this work on your own time,
you should take whatever measures are necessary to properly notify your
employer to stay in compliance with the individual CLA; this might be
the case if what you're contributing is related to what you do at work
and/or your particular region requires such disclosure.

Hope this clears it up for you. ;)

RE: [fw-general] CLA question

2007-12-10 Thread Wil Sinclair
Corporate CLA's are agreements between Zend and the named
corporation/company, while individual CLA's are agreements between Zend
and the named individual. So, you should submit a new CLA since you've
left the company that has an agreement with Zend. But, once you've
submitted an individual CLA, you won't have to submit another one
regardless of where you work!

Hi There,

I have a corporate CLA and I have since left that position. Is it
possible to convert my CLA to a personal one? Or will I have to re-apply?

Adam...

What are nine days ?
I waited 5 weeks until my CLA was processed. :-o

And we had not so much work 1,5 years ago ;-)
I'm sure it will be processed soon.

I don't want to be inpatient, but I've sent my CLA through facsimile
(and also an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]) nine days ago, than another mail,
as I read on the Wiki (it says I should ask about it after seven
days), but I haven't recieved any response so far. Could somebody tell
me anything about the reason? Is there something I did wrong?

Thanks,
Ádám

Be happy that they rarely take the 3 weeks as Thomas reported anymore.

Bill processes them fairly quickly -- I usually see most requests take
no more than a few days anymore, and sometimes they happen the same day.

We have to either scan in faxed documents or conversely print out
emailed documents for each CLA submitted for our records, verify
information, create accounts, etc. Unfortunately, this means there's
some waiting time involved.

Be happy that they rarely take the 3 weeks as Thomas reported anymore.

[fw-general] CLA Catchup

2006-09-25 Thread Gavin Vess
I am working on doing the data entry, scanning, and other processing for
CLAs today. I had hope to finish them!over the weekend, but other
issues with mail lists and project team pages, etc. consumed the time
available.

There are two more CLAs to finish before yours, which I plan to do after
my next meeting :)

Gavin
