Re: [Audyssey] microphone and stereo mix question for windows vista.
its the card yohandy. I have the same issue in xp. and its still a laptop card. if you need some sort of recording thing, I don't know. they do cost a load of cash the externals. I have heard the audygy s2zzs is good although the microphone amp is not that clean. Myself I have this box but I also have an older laptop that uses an old soundmax which has the functionality you describe. If you have a del laptop you can buy the feature for having the microphone and stereo mix for 90 I think. At 04:33 p.m. 5/10/2008, you wrote: >Ok wait a sec. Is it vista, or the card? Re: [Audyssey] quake, a question.
I'm by no means a Quake Guru, but there's an excellent tutorial in the appendix of the Audio Quake manual which gives websites with list upon list of single player and QuakeWorld server commands. I don't remember the command to enable cheats, but I do remember encountering it. As for other mods, I'm not sure yet whether Audio Quake will support them or not, and if it does, how much of that support will be difficult to handle. Consider this as an example of what I mean. I am a blind player who has introduced several people to Audio Quake. Audio Quake is a modification on the 3-dimensional game Quake, which traditionally required the ability to aim vertically as well as horrizontally. I, one of three blind players and five sighted players in the group of people I've introduced, am the only one who thought to do the research and allow for the aspect of vertical aiming. This goes to show how little research people are willing to do to fix problems. Research is difficult, but Quake was an extremely popular game. There are many tutorials out there. I would very much like to assist people if I am able, but I need to know a little more about what people want. Does anyone else have the problem, compatibility mode on, when like your'e at earth and say jupitor or some other planet doesn't appear on the screen, but is a graphic? Re: [Audyssey] Sound affects?
Hi I always recommend www.sounddogs.com. They offer free sounds, and I usually search for a sound, then, copy the name - and then save that file, it';ll be named some wierd thing like 125467325.mp3, so delete that and paste what the actual name of the sound is- like punch, human, male, or something similar. contact details: email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and others msn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] skype: the_conman283 system details: Hp pavillion dv5220CA notebook pc AMD Turion(tm) 64 Mobile Technology ML-37 2.0 GHZ, 1024 mb DDR ram, Fujitsu 100 gb 4500 RPM Hard Drive, connecsant AC-link audio - Original Message - From: "Tj" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "email list for discussing VIP-Mud" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Saturday, October 04, 2008 10:31 AM Subject: [Audyssey] Sound affects? Re: [Audyssey] microphone and stereo mix question for windows vista.
I know my friends card did have line in. Try out the Sound blaster cards. Those things rock- I have a sound blaster live card on a desktop here- its old but it gets the job done, and it stil sounds just as good now as it did 4 years ago, when I got it. Better than both of the other computers I have here, anyway - one with a SiS 7018 soundcard and this laptop with a Connecsant. The one with the SiS, though, is from 2002- and it really doesn't have bad sound. contact details: email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and others msn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] skype: the_conman283 system details: Hp pavillion dv5220CA notebook pc AMD Turion(tm) 64 Mobile Technology ML-37 2.0 GHZ, 1024 mb DDR ram, Fujitsu 100 gb 4500 RPM Hard Drive, connecsant AC-link audio - Original Message - From: "Yohandy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Friday, October 03, 2008 5:32 PM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] microphone and stereo mix question for windows vista. Nod, you have the model 1 - my favorite. If its late at night, why, just plug a pair of headphones into the available headphone jack and enjoy. The neatest controller in the world is the 3do. Daisy chain, daisy chain...you plugged each controller into the other controllers- player 2 plugged into player 1- etc- and each controller had its own headphone jack. I think I'm going to have to get a collection of them going lol. So far I have sonic 2, sylvester and tweety, I love that game it's so close to the cartoon, and alien 3. have just ordered gods from ebay as well. So yeah we'll just have to see what happens won't we. I miss the old platform games. I think that games should to a degree go back to them or we should have more platform games out there still. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of constantine (on laptop) Sent: 02 October 2008 23:24 To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Mainstream games I absolutely love those things. It really does rock and if I manage to get my hands on something else I'm always looking for other systems. I love older cd based systems and sure I love all this modern stuff. But honestly! Of course I did recently discover a web site whose owner specializes in just such things as Atari and the other older gaming systems. I've never gotten a defective product from him, Systems, joysticks, games, you name it he probably has it in stock from time to time. They're a bit pricy but considering he completely rebuilds everything and tests it thoroughly before selling it it's worth it. Hi. you don't need to actually enter a name, simply copy and paste your license code. I had fun registering my copy, sinse at the time I was not connected to the net and had to ask my brother to buy it for me, then give me the setup file and information on a memory key for my laptop. I thought I might have to enter his name, but as it turned out simply pasting the code was enough. Hth.
