Re: [Audyssey] Mud Question
would love to see a mud styled on elite that sort of thing. with trading factory building and economy related stuff. don't get me wrong i love star conquest but they've got the trading element of it far from right i think. for example, they expect you to find the trading centres all yourself. i don't actually agree with that, a trader should find the best routes yes but all the trading centres should be known or how can any given economy be expected to be maintained or even grow if the supply of goods is based on knowing where the trading centres are? to me that's somewhat silly. Re: [Audyssey] mud sound packs, how do I know?
Hi. Generally the best way to do this sort of thing would be to find out through the mud in question which soundpacks for which clients you can use. There are at least 3 more soundpacks for Alter Aeon, two for Vip Mud and one for Monkey Term that is part of MTScripts which is my own project. I believe there is at least one for Tintin, and a Mac port for it, all for Alter Aeon. There is a blind clients support page on http://alteraeon.com that talks all about this. Re: [Audyssey] The inquisitor help please
Hi Kimberly. The Inquisitor is an audio game in the style of an adventure, sort of a cross between a point and click game and text adventure. You are summoned to investigate some strange goings on in a nearby abbey, people have reported visions of a strange lusty woman riding a fiery horse and believe its the devil in carnet. The game is available for IOS, that is to say IPhone, IPod and IPad and is also available as a PC and MAC download from http://www.eymerich.it/index.php?lang=eng¢er=audiogame All the best and i hope this answers all your questions about availability etc., the platform you choose to use to play on is entirely up to you, the game is the same however the different control scheme might suit some better than others. I have two questions for this game. 1. How do I repair the saddle? Sorta lost on what I have to do, and if the librarian is involved with that somehow. 2. How do I make the sign of the cross? Whenever I do it, it either brings up my map or my inventory. Am I making it to large? I've tried making it smaller, but nothing seems to be working. Re: [Audyssey] mud sound packs, how do I know?
sigh, thanks anyway Keith - Original Message - From: "Shadow Dragon" To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2013 3:59 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] mud sound packs, how do I know? It's fairly rare since sound packs have to be manually configured for each mud. Every mud will have it's own unique pieces of text and you'd have to set up triggers to play a sound for each one. Mush-Z is the only pack of it's kind that I know of, but there are some much less advanced and lower quality ones out there such as Materia Magica and 6 dragons. There are decent packs for Miriani out there, and possibly Star Conquest as well. That's all I can think of off the top of my head though. As far as I know there isn't a list of all muds with soundpacks, but as I said it's rare enough that there probably doesn't need to be. -- From: "Keith" Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2013 02:51 AM To: "Gamers Discussion list" Subject: [Audyssey] mud sound packs, how do I know? Hi, is there any way to find out if there are sound packs for various muds out there, and for what mud client they are used on? I am using Mush z and have been told that mush z was pretty much made for the alter aeon mud, so I'm trying to find out if there are any other mud clients that have sound packs available for them.
