I would imagine they want to store or do transactions - I thought that the
current state of play with Bitcoin made CPU-based mining a thing of the past.

Is anyone here using Antminers? I have one with a damaged network interface
that needs the i/f board replacing.

If you just need to purchase/sell bitcoins, check out www.Coinbase.com

If you need a desktop/hardware wallet, check out MultiBit HD or Electrum.

Thanks.

How about the newly released SEP 14. I’ve never had an issue with SEP but SEP
12.1 has just kind of stalled out and is a big resource hog. SymantecCloud has
limited options it seems; but SEP 14 looks like a pretty big upgrade.

Tim – haven’t looked at Webroot while but I’ll check that out.

Circle is an android/apple/web app I use to purchase/sell bitcoin and
sometimes store small quantities. Definitely worth a look and they have a
nice referral program where both parties get $10 each if the new sign up
sends $25 or more within the first two weeks. Mining bitcoin is a costly
endeavour now a days unless you have access to cheap power.

Here's my referal link if you feel so inclined:
