Hmm that is weird. In that case the wiki page
https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/NetworkManager/L10N
does not reflect the current way, and
I was explicitly requested to use Zanata for all future submissions in
this comment

String addition in gtk+

Hello,

There was a string not marked for translation. Specifically, in 
gtkplacesview.ui:
"ftp:// or ftps://"

Since this is a forgotten string, the string freeze break exception is 
automatically accepted and I just marked for translation and pushed the fix for 
gtk+ and Nautilus.
