hey, Go to system settings and choose printing. Select the printer and give the test page print out. If that works that means ur printer is working fine otherwise there is some problem. [ilugd] How to connect USB DSL 502T router on CentOS 4.2
Dear Friends, I need to connect mine MTNL broadband connection on D-Link DSL 502T which is interfaced via a USB connection to mine PC. Pl. tell me how to do so. When i installed CentOS 4.2 it detected the ADSL router and i guess auto configured that but i can see it on harware browser and not on the network devices list . ie on network option in system tools. Earlier i used to connect the internet on Windows and it is preety easy there with just installing a software via a CD . Pl. tell me how to connect to internet ona MTNL broadband connection on CentOS system. Also i would like to know that mine inbuilt LAN card is not being detected by Centos i have ASUS motherboard with AMD 64 bit Athlon processor. Pl. help/guide me . hey msn, i thought you said microsoft was going to release a version of windows media player for gnulinux, and apple a version of their quicktime player for linux as well? Macromedia already has a version of their latest Flash player running natively in GnuLinux, no? what about DVD playback for encrypted DVDs with region-locking, and every other lock, bell, and whistle that they can etch on those discs?
