hi guys
yes it's important to be sincere and straight while
attendending interviews hmm but ... i had seen in lots
of situations it comes like demand supply scenarios
where all these benchmarks and parameters of selecting
an employee will be taken easy and at the end of the
day it is r u there at the right time with right
preparation !!! that matters no shortcuts

  i interview a lt of ppl on linux  solaris and i can tell you no muggin up 
will help.
  within 5 qs its wasy to make ouot whether someone has actually worked  in a 
linux environment or just heard aboout it from friends

Administrator.He has about 1-2 yrs exp in Linux and overall exp in
IT industry is about 3-4 yrs.

Forgive me but this is not the way you should prepare for interview.

Be honest about what you know from your practical knowledge. You may
not get jobs in not so professional companies but do you want to work
in those companies anyway?

Staying honest will always do 'much more' to your career in long term.
