Re: [ilugd] who manages the twiki on lap

2004-06-12 Thread Prateek Khanna
Hey Raj:

Raj Uh, can I do that? I don't remember the Wiki at all, so if
Raj you want a password reset I'll have to go through the whole
Raj directory tree, figure out where the passwords are and then
Raj figure out how to reset them.

If I am not mistaken, the passwords reside in a simple htpasswd file. That is what I
remember from the last time we went through this. Try it out. And lets put something
else on LAP - Yeah I can volunteer to to do the job if all agree that we should put
something else on lap.

Tarun, I apologize for not having responded to your mails with regard to your password
reset. The admin mails do get to me, but the twiki is being managed by Raj - and he's
the one who'd reset the passwords, which I would agree is pretty weird!

IAC if you (Tarun) wants a password reset please send me a
GPG-signed-and encrypted mail (if you don't know how to do that I'd be
happy to give a presentation on GPG at the next Meet... g,dr) with
the new password and I'll try to find the time in my busy schedule of
eating, sleeping and listening to music to locate and change the
appropriate file.
