Java Script Developers- expert JS developers. Number of total years of experience does not matter. 5+ years heavy JS development experience- JQuery Dojo. Come from a Java background. These consultants will be reporting directly to him and be a part of the core architecture team, working on frameworks and tools. His team has a framework (Medadata Framework) using open source frameworks. They are writing tools so that developers can drag and drop to create UI screens- this allows UX/UI designers to use them as well as it stores descriptions of that the UI should look like. This eliminates redundant tasks so that developers can go in a focus on writing the cool stuff. This person does not have to be local but he would prefer them to be. He would like to be able to convert perm after time as he will be investing a lot of knowledge in to these consultants.
