Pak, Kejadiannya persis sama dengan yang saya alami, tapi ada saran dari rekan IT'ers (Pak Budhi.S dan dari [EMAIL PROTECTED] ) copykan file dari c:\windows\repair\autoexec.nt ke c:\windows\system32 saya sudah coba dan berhasil. Kejadian di komputer saya file autoexec.nt-nya hilang , kemudian saya copykan kembali. Semoga terbantu. AFAIK so far belum ada yang kaya gitu. Liat aja dulu antivirus masih bersifat lokal, dan butuh beberapa tahun sampai akhirnya developer mengembangkan sistem antivirus yg server-based. Mungkin next-year baru ada spyware removal yg seperti ini. Atau mungkin bisa coba liat ke McAfee, kayaknya mereka mulai develop spyware removal juga tuh.. makasih pak... but, saya ada kasus begini: Ada kabel diswitch yg terhubung pada switch lainnya, yang bila dia masuk/keadaan kabel masuk port, internet kami jadi RTO...tapi begitu kabel tsb saya cabut, keadaan internet koneksinya bagus lagi. Dan Kabel itu terhubung pada swtich dengan bbrp client yang ada dilantai8, kami di basement. Keadaan seperti ini baru, sebelumnya gpp. Saya curiga spyware dan sejenisnya.
