Sedikit melenceng dari sini tapi mungkin kah kita menrecovery data / email dari HDD yg rusak ? ceritanya saya punya HDD laptop rusak trus udah di replace di IBM, nah sekarang saya mau recover data Microsoft outlook dan outlook express yg tersimpan di HDD yg lama. Maslaahnya itu email n contacts n schedule tidak terback up jadi binung neh... gimana caranya. Data di dalam itu 1/2 taon punya email n contacts tuh. Pengennya sih gitu, Pak. Tapi sayangnya masih tetep jadi karyawan, bikin report, ikutin perintah bos, dll :) Beberapa perusahaan kan, proses rekruitment gak harus 100% lewat HRD. Ada yg ngasih bebebasan tiap divisi buat cari sendiri orangnya (sebelumnya dah approve sama HRD kalo mau tambah orang), jadi seleksi dll dilakuin sama divisi itu sendiri termasuk gaji misalnya. apakah bahayanya kalau kita duduk dibelakang monitor komputer selama 5 jam atau lebih. = * Pastikan monitor Anda di-set refresh rate minimal 75 Hz (sebaiknya 85-100 Hz). * Atur resolusi yang nyaman untuk mata Anda (saya sendiri pake 1600x1200 di 17 di mana banyak orang bilang kekecilan, tapi seems ok di mata saya). * Adjust brightness dan contrast di posisi yang nyaman untuk mata. * Adjust cahaya ruangan agar tidak terlalu gelap/terang. * Istirahatkan mata sekali2, misal 5 menit tiap jam (liat benda yang jauh2 atau yang bening2 - silakan definisikan bening2 ini apa hehehe). * Trik ini sudah saya pake selama hampir 6 tahun terakhir dengan kondisi bisa lebih dari 10 jam di depan PC per-day. And 2 tahun lalu cek minus mata saya ternyata mata kiri tetap, sementara mata yang satu lagi malah turun minus-nya -0.25. Thanks. Hi, Mungkin maksudnya didepan monitor bukan dibelakang. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya (hampir 15 tahun, minimal 12 jam/hari kerja), banyak bahayanya... tapi tidak langsung. Mata otomatis minus (usahakan jangan pakai kacamata, kompensasikan tidur dgn mati lampu/total gelap), olahraga luar. Katanya pria akan impoten, atau kebanyakan melahirkan bayi wanita... Yang digunakan untuk peralatan di luar mother boardnya, biasanya hanya +12 volt dan +5 volt, yaitu yang berwarna kuning merah hitam. Yang lainnya digunakan untuk mother board. Kalau melihat dari besar diameter kabel yang siap ditancapkan ke mother board, sepertinya, paling-paling mampu untuk 10 amper. Tegangan +5V, 45 A, berarti harus menggunakan resistor berdaya, P = Vx I = 5 X 45 = 225 Watt atau di bulatkan 250 Watt. Nilai resitornya, R = V / I = 5 / 45 = 0.11 Ohm. Di bawahnya tertulis max 450 Watt, mungkin maksudnya, hanya kalau kedua sumber tegangan tersebut dibebani, power supply itu mampu menanganinya. Nah tinggal teruskan yang lainnya, dengan cara yang sama. Mampu ? Biasanya sih pengukuran harus dilakukan di laboratorium elektro arus kuat yang ada di universitas-universitas, atau menggunakan simulasi berupa transistor berdaya besar. Email Outlook Express kita, di simpan di directory sesuai defaultnya yang bisa dilihat di Store Folder. Untuk masuk ke Store Folder, masuk ke Tools, Options.., Maintenance dan di situ ada Store Folder. Kalau Store Foldernya di klik, maka akan tampil, di directory mana, file-file email kita tersebut disimpan. Tempat penyimpanan ini, bisa diganti (dan selalu saya ganti di folder baru setiap tahun) di directory lain atau di drive lain (dan selalu saya ganti drivenya supaya kalau drive C: terkena virus dan harus di format, data email saya tidak hilang). Data email terdiri dari beberapa file, antara lain file Inbox, Sent Item, Deleted Items dan lainnya.
