Mas coba di BIOS-nya di set kalo SATA-nya dalam posisi IDE bukan RAID, terus
coba lagi..., sukses ya...

Saya juga pasang HD120GB SATA di MB Asus, di Bios kedetect, tapi pas mau
diinstall Windows XP Sp1, muncul pesan tidak diketemukan harddisk, cuma ada
pilihan F3 = Exit.

Apa ya yg salah ... atau gimana cara install HD SATA di WINXP?
Di buku manual motherboard, harus install Win 200 SP4 atau WIN XP Sp1 dulu.
Jadi apa harus install pakai HD lain, baru bisa di install jadi master
slave?

. Baru nyoba pakai SATA

Mungkin karena phplinkdirectory 2 hanya blom support ama php5 :)
Jadinya proses instalasinya ndak bisa dilanjutkan, dan nggak muncul 
error apa2.

Masa mesti downgrade php nya sih? :-(

btw, ada yang pernah nyobain install phplinkdirectory pake php5 ?

Seagate SATA 80 7200 mobonya make p5-GPLX.. kynya ad kabel yg kecopot tuh

[ITCENTER] Gimana caranya nambah Group Policy Object

Temans, ada yang tau ga caranya nambah Group Policy Object?
   
  Ceritanya gini: Di GPO Windows Server 2003 ada Object Remote Assistance 
(Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Remote 
Assistance). Saya ingin tambahkan ke GPO Windows 2000 Advance Server. DC saya 
pake W2K, sedangkan clientnya Win XP. Saya mau menggunakan Offering Remote 
Assistance utk help desk. Daripada saya datangin computer clientnya satu2 utk 
configure Policy Object RA, kan enakan pake GPO. Tapi di W2K ga ada Policy 
Object RA. Bagaimana caranya menambahkan? Kalo GPO ada templatenya, dimanakah 
letak templatenya? Bisa ga di edit sendiri?

pak agus, itu pasti motherboardnya belum menggunakan chipset intel 845 ke
atas sehingga tidak dikenal tipe HD itu, jadi bisa boot pakai CD Motherboard
dan create disk bootnya !.

System Idle Process itu pooling resouce yang ga kepake. Semakin tinggi semakin 
bagus. Berarti resource kamu banyak yg idle/ga kepake. Jd kl ada 
aplikasi/service yg mau pake resource, ada resource tersedia.
   
  Ada lagi ga yg pake cpu yg tinggi selain SIP? 
   
  Tp bisa jadi spyware. ada beberapa jenis spyware yg ga pake resource gede 
tapi bikin bolot system. Coba pake SpyBot Search & Destroy.

Maaf mas, setau saya jika menggunakan system restore maka file-file yang  
dibuat oleh user akan tetap ada. yang berubah hanya file system dan  
registry.

apakah anda yakin kalo file tersebut hilang karena system restore !?

Belum lagi kalo kayak intel dual core yang support Hypertreading, maka 
di task manager akan keliatan menjadi 4 prosesor padahal secara 
fisik cuma ada dua..

kalo penghitungan Rp 3/kb itu kalo buka e-mail2 ato browsing and surfing
jatohnya lebih murah ato lebih mahal dibanding yang itungnya per waktu???
Trus juga masalah bandwidth, bisa sampe 230 kbps tapi kenapa malah
disaranken ke 115 kbps???
Sekalian deh nanyanya, untuk modottel WTE-320 ada yang punya kabel data and
drivernya ga, pengen coba juga ni pake starone???

Asumsi saya semua client berada dalam segment yang sama tapi netmasknya di 
set 24 (255.255.255.0). Solusinya gampang saja, ganti netmasknya menjadi 
lebih kecil dari 24, misalnya jadi 16 (255.255.0.0)

Sekedar meluruskan,

HP CDMA dan kabel datanya, driver modem dan driver kabel, 
sudah bisa digunakan untuk koneksi internet coba lihat lagi manual cd Hp 
CDMAnya.

Aku sendiri pernah menggunakan dengan Hp CDMA cuma agak ribet bawanya, soal 
harus nenteng HP + Kabel + Charger,
untung Aku nemu Modem PCMCI jenis HWAWE (dari china biar murah 30% sekedar 
perbandingan Hwawe Rp. 900.000 dari Motorola / Ethernet / FireFox / dll > Rp. 
1.200.000), pake Sim Card Star One.

Aku saranin kamu pake StarOne aja. Alasan:
- Paling murah, Rp. 3 / KB

BW sama, bisa sampe 230 Kbps, tapi disarankan menggunakan 115Kbps.

Setelah semua driver diinstall, tinggal dial ke #777, dengan username
starone password indosat.

Akhirnya Aku serasa bisa mengerjakan Kantor dimana saja, bisa Fax, Internet, 
Voip (net meeting).. hee..he

sebelumnya sudah pernah di backup? kalau sudah sempet di backup file backupnya 
di import lagi aja, tapi kalau belum, kemudian apakah e-mail yang anda dipakai 
oleh banyak komputer? kalau banyak komputer 1 e-mail ambil aja datanya yang 
paling up to date import ke komputer anda tapi kalau 1 user 1 e-mail solusi 
terakhir tanyakan kepada provider yang anda pakai apakah mereka punya backupnya 
juga .

Dear Gurus...
  Anyone can help me to open production database 9i R2 on red hat advanced 
server for sys username with sysdba privelage?
  Our senior dba resign and lock database by changing the sys password with 
sysdba privelage and wont give the new password, even the company asked him.
  He also change the root password and only give as user oracle with the 
password.
To open the database, he only give us the system password for oracle.
  IT-team with the support of management have several scenario to overcome this 
situation:
1. create new database on new server. Restore data into new database using dump 
file from export utility.
  2. shutdown the production server, copy oracle files using hardisk to hardisk 
methood.
  anyone can suggest as better idea?
because it will take a long time to copy the production data and we will have 
down time.

Saya juga pasang HD120GB SATA di MB Asus, di Bios kedetect, tapi pas mau
diinstall Windows XP Sp1, muncul pesan tidak diketemukan harddisk, cuma ada
pilihan F3 = Exit.

Apa ya yg salah ... atau gimana cara install HD SATA di WINXP?
Di buku manual motherboard, harus install Win 200 SP4 atau WIN XP Sp1 dulu.
Jadi apa harus install pakai HD lain, baru bisa di install jadi master
slave?

Setiap hari saya pakai Fren untuk koneksi Internet. Bagus atau jelek, itu
tergantung posisi anda dan BTS, jadi ngga bisa di generalisir.

Ini kan masalahnya orang lain yang pakai, dia lebih suka pakai webmail 
gratisan (padahal email kantor juga bisa diakses melalui webmail)

Biasanya, saat kita men download email-email dari server, saat setelah
semua email yang dikirim server, masuk ke komputer kita, maka akan
dikirimkan informasi mengenai hal tersebut dari komputer kita ke server.

Nah, apabila sebelum informasi tersebut berhasil diterima server, koneksi
kita
terputus, maka hal ini berakibat status email kita di server, adalah belum
ter down load,
sedangkan di sisi kita, yaitu di komputer kita, email-email tesebut sudah
masuk.
Jadi untuk kasus ini, coba download lagi emailnya dan perhatikan, apakah
prosesnya berjalan normal sampai selesai.

Bisa juga, karena ada suatu kesalahan di server, maka informasi tersebut
tidak di proses dan akibatnya, sama.
Nah untuk kasus ini, coba masuk ke webmailnya, misalnya untuk idola,
webmailnya adalah //webmail.idola.net.id.  Masukkan User ID dan Password dan
akan tampil Header-header dan email yang masih ada di server.  Coba beri
tanda contrengan pada beberapa Header dan kemudian hapus. Saat dihapus, akan
ada konfirmasi,
apakah benar kita akan menghapus dan setelah dijawab ya, maka seharusnya
Header-header yang tadi kita beri tanda contrengan, telah hilang.  Kalau
belum
juga hilang, hubungi Technical Supportnya untuk dihapus dan sistim kita
disana di reset.  Kadang-kadang, sistim kita disana "hang".

CMIIW yak.

Maksud 1-4 CPU tuh dalam 1 unit server maksimal 4 prosesor,
bila lebih dari 4 prosesor butuh lisensi tambahan.

jadi kalo ada 3 server (masing2 server max 4 prosesor) berarti
butuh lisensinya 3 juga.

Setahu saya untuk mainboard dengan SDRAM PC100 tidak bisa menggunakan SDRAM
PC133. Kecuali sebaliknya, tapi rugi juga karena performanya akan turun.

 

Kebetulan saya pernah mengalami hal yang sama di PC DELL Pentium III juga
(lupa jenis detilnya apa, model casing desktop bukan mini tower dan bukan
rakitan). Solusinya memang hanya mengganti dengan SDRAM PC100. CMIIW.

CMIIW yak.

Maksud 1-4 CPU tuh dalam 1 unit server maksimal 4 prosesor,
bila lebih dari 4 prosesor butuh lisensi tambahan.

jadi kalo ada 3 server (masing2 server max 4 prosesor) berarti
butuh lisensinya 3 juga.

Waktu kami tanyakan kepada vendor apakah kita harus beli
3 Licence atau hanya cukup 1 License karena dibingungkan
oleh istilah CPU.

Sejauh ini vendor menyatakan hanya perlu 1, karena bisa
dipakai untuk s/d 4 CPU.

harddisknya jadi jangan sekali2 memformat harddisknya ... yah seperti di pda
... kalo ngaco yah tinggal kita hard reset aja trus dia akan kembali seperti

[ITCENTER] Merge Forest/Federated Forest pada W2K3

Hi,

Gimana cara menggabungkan dua buah forest yang terpisah agar DC yang ada
dimasing2 forest bisa saling trust.

Tujuan saya sebenarnya adalah untuk mengakses Exchange server di DMZ dari MS
Outlook user Local. Selama ini outlook cuma terkoneksi via smtp dan pop3
saja, sekarang mau ditingkatkan koneksi tersebut jadi client server exchange
untuk mendapatkan service collaboration message.

Saat ini Exchange punya forest sendiri dan network local punya forest
sendiri juga denagn nama domain yang berbeda. Exchange dan ADS Local
berjalan diatas Windows 2003 ES.

Ada yang bisa bantu? Terimakasih.

Saya sempat coba admin magic. Dari beberapa kali saya coba ke beberapa 
komputer, saya hanya perlu menginstall software ini di PC saya, sedangkan di 
PC lain tidak perlu.

aku abis install mandriva 2006, dan punya pertanyaan2:
1. Waktu mau install printer di kde configuration peripheral, knapa kok 
seperti disable,
  trus nyoba add printer yang  ada di jaringan windows (smb shared) jg 
gak bisa
2. Trus aku buka untuk network browsernya, disitu gak muncul satu 
workstation pun.
padahal waktu aku coba ketik smb://192.168.1.xx , aku bisa masuk shared 
dir. pc lain
3. Sebenernya fungsinya KWallet tu buat apa?

Apa itu CPU? coba baca http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPU 
kesimpulannya jumlah CPU = jml Processor.
memang di indonesia PC sering dianggap sama dengan CPU. Saya bahkan pernah 
berantem sama manajer saya gara-gara  masalah ini :)

Jadi jika ingin di install di 3 buah server, anda kudu beli license lagi.

temans,   mohon maaf..

saya mohon bantuannya nich untuk   permasalahannya..

beberapa waktu lalu saya memback-up dokumen foto   (format *.jpg) di satu
folder di drive C..

karena ingin aman maka   folder tersebut di Properties-nya pada menu Advanced
(Advanced Attributes)   saya aktifkan "Encrypt contents to secure data".

masalahnya, komputer   saya terkena virus kemudian saya format ulang dengan
dengan konfigurasi   user yg sama dan sblmnya saya sudah memindahkan folder
tersebut ke drive D.   setelah di format,  pada saat saya membuka kembali
file2 terebut,   ternyata tidak bisa dibuka. teman saya mengatakan folder dan
isinya sudah   di enkripsi dengan konfigurasi computer yang sebelum di format.
benarkah   ?

temans, mohon bantuannya apakah ada cara untuk bisa membuka file2   tersebut,
dikarenakan foto2 tersebut berisi hasil appraisal tugas2   saya.

1-4 CPU artinya license itu berlaku untuk server yang mempunyai prosesor
dari 1 hingga 4
license jadi tidak berlaku untuk komputer server yang mempunyai prosesor
lebih dari 4 buah

jadi kalo rencana beli 3 komputer yang 3-3nya akan diinstall windows server
2003, yah perlu beli 3 license

Dear All

 

Langsung aja, mengapa tiba2 account saya logged out di yahoo Messenger, dan
ketika saya coba log in lagi muncul pesan bahwa "user id dan password saya
salah". Kadang-kadang problem sperti ini bisa berlangsung beberapa jam baru
bisa log in lagi seperti biasa. Hal ini sudah terjadi dalam beberapa hari
ini dan bukan hanya saya yang mengalami hal seperti ini, rekan-2 yang lain
di kantor juga mengalami hal serupa. Apakah mungkin masalah ini datangnya
dari provider?

  mohon bantuan nih, urgent bgt.
  komp saya masih pakai winxp sp 1 :-( dan terhubung ke jaringan. tadi coba 
utak-atik msconfig, terus disable beberapa fungsi di startup dan services. 
ketika restart, kenapa malah ngga muncul login domain-nya ya? cuma user name 
dan password.
  karena ngga inget yg di enable apa aja, saya coba login sebagai administrator 
terus aktifkan semua services dan startup, tapi tetap aja ngga bisa.
   
  pls, baiknya saya lakukan apa lagi ya? adminnya tidak masuk hr ini. duh.. 
mana lagi banyak kerjaan lagi. :-(

[putra]

langsung aja nih mau tanya tentang IIS (Internet Information Service) dan DNS

ada beberapa buah domain sprt: www.indonesia.web.id  dan www.sukasuka.web.id
yang terletak dalam 1 buah IP PUBLIC, dan setiap domain mempunyai host
yang diletakan di folder masing-masing, nah yang ingin saya tanyakan ?

settingan di DNS nya dan di IISnya bagaimana ? sehingga jika nantinya
kita browse domain "www.indonesia.web.id" dia langsung forward ke host
folder "indonesia"  dan begitu juga "www.sukasuka.web.id" dia langsung
forward ke host folder "sukasuka"

  NB saya pernah kena trojan, 'svchost.exe' slalu muncul saat restart dan ga bs 
diremove ama antivirus. Ngeganggu banget, 
   
  Saya ngilanginnya dengan mematikan 'System Restore'-nya, trus Restart. 
   
  Caranya klik kanan pada :
  ---> My Computer/Propertise/System Restore Trus cek pada "Turn off System 
Restore" trus Apply/OK.
  ---> Kemudian coba restart komputernya.
   
  Semoga bs bantu untuk masalah temen2.

Saya pernah mengalami hal yang sama,
  Sudah berhasil diatasi dengan software tersebut.
  Cuma masalahnya, saya kesalahan reset.
  Tinta printer yang masih penuh, ke reset menjadi kosong dan tidak bisa 
dipakai.
  Mohon bantuan bagaimana cara mengatasinya.

Segera tinggalkan vendor tersebut, karena dia mau jualan tapi ngga tahu
produk. Anda bukan hanya perlu 3 lisensi server, tapi juga CAL (Client
Access License). Cari vendor lain yang bisa menjelaskan 2 hal tersebut.

Ngga bisa langsung. Anda mesti konek dulu ke Internet pakai Fren, di dua
pihak. Setelah konek, anda akan dapat IP Public. IP ini yang anda gunakan di
PCAnywhere.

Saya biasa gunakan cara ini untuk remote Server, dengan catatan Server sudah
punya IP Public static. Jadi saya hanya konek ke Internet dari Notebook
pakai CDMA Fren, dan setelah dapat IP, pakai Remote Desktop WinXP untuk
konek ke Server.
