Saya rencana akan mengadakan acara pembersihan besar besaran selama libur
lebaran ini. Dua PC PIV lama yang sudah kuning casingnya tapi masih setia
akan kena sasaran tembak. Dan juga beberapa alat elektronik tua. Yang ingin
saya tanyakan :

 

a. Untuk pembersihan PC dan elektronik kira2 alat apa saja yang
musti dipersiapkan?

b.Apakah ada cleaner atau chemical tertentu untuk membersihkan
lapisan kuning yang biasanya menempel pada casing PC?

Information Technology IT Administrator 

Location: Kuala Kencana (Papua, Indonesia)

 


SCOPE:


The key focus of the IT Administrator role is being responsible for
supporting and assisting the IT Process Managers with the support functions
of ERP, business applications and IT services.

 

DUTIES and responsibilities include:

§  SAFETY - Ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure all
employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This
includes compliance with the safety management program.

§  Primary role is to support site based software, application and Netware.
This also includes providing support to site based company’s employees. More
specific function are listed below:

§  Support other business units in the uploading / updating data onto the
Pronto / other sites systems. For example warehouse price lists, or other
bulk data transfers.

§  Perform basic data, application administration and support functions on
various IT systems such as Lotus Notes, Intranet, Maximo and Pronto.

§  Participate as the key IT team member responsible for locally development
and technical support for ERP / programs applications. This includes report
writing for site based business managers.

§  Process invoices, orders, forms and maintain records controlling various
IT functions.

§  Coordinate general user requests and user administration 

§  On call to resolve system failures upon request from your supervisor.

§  Undertake other special projects, tasks and responsibilities from time to
time as requested by your Supervisor / IT Management.

§  Ensure all information applicable to this role is supplied so that all
company’s reporting deadlines are met and that reports are both consistent
and accurate.

§  Comply with all company’s policies and procedures.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

§  At lease Three years working experience supporting an ERP system.

§  Experience with EOM, EOY processes within an ERP system.

§  Experience and basic understanding of database systems and IT
applications.

§  Understanding of data warehouse concepts, and related reporting tools.

§  Well developed application report writing experience.

§  Working knowledge of IT Service Desk processes and systems.

§  Experience with record keeping and IT administration functions.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SkillS REQUIREMENTS:

§  Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology.

§  Sound knowledge of medium to large financial systems and procedures.

§  Ability to work with and contribute to system and user documentation.

§  Advance skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
and PowerPoint). Intermediate knowledge of Lotus Notes.

§  Problem solving skills and ability to recommend solutions. “Think outside
the box”. Strong analytical skills.

§  Ability to work as part of a team and ability to meet deadlines.

§   “Hands on” approach to the information technology function.

§  Excellent oral and written communication, consultation and negotiation
skills in Indonesian. Intermediate oral and written communications skills in
English also required.

§  Highly motivated  high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Dear para pakar IT
Minta solusinya
Di kantor saya pake LAN, server Win 2003server SE, Workstasion
(WS)-nya pake WIN XP,semua ada license, 
terus permasalahannya begini,
Server dan WS habis kena virus semua sdh diclean pake PCMAV 1.6 dan
sdh clean semua. terus ada satu Folder Aplikasi yang di share ke semua
WS, berisi Aplikasi yang dipakai oleh kantor, komplet sih isinya
(Invoice, Stok, Piuntang dll,) masih under DOS, nah file dari folder
tersebut yang punya extensi *.exe tidak dapat di dijalankan, baik di
server maupun di WS, nah anehnya lagi file-file tersebut juga tidak
bisa di delete , atau di Move ke folder lainnya, waktu mau di jalankan
di Server muncul keterangan Another program is curently using this
file itu kalau di RUN di Windows, kalau di DOS muncul the process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process,
padahal gaka ada yang conect keserver. Sedang kalau di delete muncul
cannot delete NAMAFILE; it is being used by another person or
program. Close any program that might be using the file and try again
padahal gak ada yang pake file tersebut.

Mohon solusinya.terimakas ih banyak sebelumnya.

 pake eth0 dari ISP ke pc dn satu lagi eth1 yang di
 pake buat LAN local untuk shering internetnya

biasanya dhcp server ga bisa kasih ip dddress ke komputer saudara.
solusinya coba kasih ip address secara manual. resikonya, ip address
anda kemungkinan bentrok dgn ip address di komputer lain. biar ga

 Coba cari di http://howtoforge.com banyak banget tutorialnya, mau yang
 postfix, qmail dll

  kebetulan pc saya udah saya install ubuntu dan memake

pertama2 coba anda cek di menu administrator tools pada control panel
lalu anda coba cek pada menu sharing folder. apa bila anda menggunakan domain 
lebih mudah anda mengecek siapa saja yang menggunakan file tersebut.
klo untuk di delete ternyata tidak bisa,
coba anda liat di pada file tersebut apakah di file tersebut berwarna biru ?
jika iya, click kanan pada file tersebut lalu cabut pada security nya.

kill tree processnya
mungkin juga ada startup registry running (tipikal virus) pada saat komputer di 
start up, coba kill pake hijack tools setiap registry yang gak familiar/aneh
btw kalo direname filenya bisa gak? kemudian restart trus didelete..

Kalau hotspotnya di kantor, coba restart akses poinnya. Kalau di
luaran agak sulit sebab kemungkinanya banyak. Bahkan Windows sering
mendeteksi hotspot yang terproteksi dengan pesan seperti itu. Coba
gunakan program Netstumbler untuk mengecek kondisi hotspot tersebut
secara pasti, apakah memang terbuka atau terproteksi.

Saya pengguna Telkomselflash ( sekarang baru di istirahatkan sementara ) kan 
juga pengguna Indosat 3.5G lokasi di cikarang bekasi sinyal HSDPA/3G hanya 1 
bar buat donwlad lumayan antara 60-70 KBps/sec paket eco 100ribu perbulan , 
kalau pakai telkomselflash paket basic 125ribu perbulan   donwload mentok 20 
KBps/sec.

saya mau tanya neh, gimana ya kalo mau isi password di folder yang mau kita 
sharing, jadi setiap ada user yang mau buka folder harus isi password dulu...
di tempat saya ada beberapa komputer yang masuk domain dan ada juga yang di 
workgroup...
 
kalo set dari permission (sharing and security) hanya user yang sama dengan 
komputer yang akan nge-share folder saja (domain atau workgroup) yang bisa di 
add...
 
saya juga sudah coba pake MySecretFolder dan FolderAcces tetapi saat user mau 
buka folder yang di lock diminta memasukkan username dulu, padahal di 
MySecretFolder / FolderAccess hanya diminta password saja saat settingan 
pertama kali...
 
mohon solusinya dari IT'er sekalian

 Di kantor saya pake LAN, server Win 2003server SE, Workstasion
 (WS)-nya pake WIN XP,semua ada license,
 terus permasalahannya begini,
 Server dan WS habis kena virus semua sdh diclean pake PCMAV 1.6 dan
 sdh clean semua. terus ada satu Folder Aplikasi yang di share ke semua
 WS, berisi Aplikasi yang dipakai oleh kantor, komplet sih isinya
 (Invoice, Stok, Piuntang dll,) masih under DOS, nah file dari folder
 tersebut yang punya extensi *.exe tidak dapat di dijalankan, baik di
 server maupun di WS, nah anehnya lagi file-file tersebut juga tidak
 bisa di delete , atau di Move ke folder lainnya, waktu mau di jalankan
 di Server muncul keterangan Another program is curently using this
 file itu kalau di RUN di Windows, kalau di DOS muncul the process
 cannot access the file because it is being used by another process,
 padahal gaka ada yang conect keserver. Sedang kalau di delete muncul
 cannot delete NAMAFILE; it is being used by another person or
 program. Close any program that might be using the file and try again
 padahal gak ada yang pake file tersebut.

Kalau memang masih blum bisa, cb pake program Unlocker, free koq.Program ini
bisa bantu ngatasin permasalahan spt : Another program is curently using

file itu kalau di RUN di Windows, kalau di DOS muncul the process

Saya pernah kejadian begitu.. regedit, search,Administration Tools
maupun Dosnya udah gak bisa ... malahan udah nyerang server pula
lagi.. aku udah pake segala macem anti virus yang gratisan AVG 8,
Antivir 8, masih juga gak bisa kembaliin 
gak taunya ada Virus amburadul yang di hide di directory Windows yang

delete tapi gak bisa ngembali Registry yang dah diacak2 ama tuh virus.
akhirnya dengan susah payah harus browsing and download segala
antivirus akhirnya ketemu download PCMAV 1.6 itu antivirus product
Indonesia dari PC media, tapi emang downloadnya agak susah suka
dibilangin virus ama antivirus yang laen jadi sering fail sebaiknya
antivirus yang laen Shutdown dulu, biar downloadnya lancar, kalau udah
download sukses Pasti  bisa kembaliin regedit, search,Administration
Tools,regestry,dll dan virusnya pada MATI  ILANG.

Maaf Pak, asuransi dan garansi itu lain lho .. Kalau garansi biasanya untuk 
pemakaian normal, sedangkan kalau asuransi untuk claim misalnya ketika accident 
atau kehilangan. Makanya saat Notebook damage setelah dikirim pakai ekspedisi , 
itu namanya claim asuransi  bukan garansi. Kalau claim garansi jelas ditolak.

Tambahan : Mungkin bisa gunakan MyUninstall freeware software untuk
mendelete program di Add/Remove program yg tetap masih muncul walaupun sudah
di uninstall

   Mengenai program yg telah diuninstall akan tetapi tdk bisa
 diremove memang terkadang ada beberapa program yg
 walaupun sudah diuninstall masih terdaftar di Add/Remove
 Program. Hal tsb bisa saja karena program tsb masih
 beta version atau ada kesalahan sehingga masih muncul
 di Add/Remove Program. Klo anda cek di Program Files
 program tsb sudah hilang jangan terlalu dipikirkan, maybe
 itu suatu bug program tsb. Memangnya nama program tsb
 apaan sich?

HG mau tanya neh, ada ngga ya aplikasi kaya FOLDER ACCESS but untuk aplikasi?
HG misal kalo mau buka salah aplikasi spt. word.exe, excel.exe,
HG firefox.exe atau IE.exe kita harus masukin password dulu baru deh bisa 
ngebuka ntu aplikasi...
HG kalo IT'er tahu mohon bagi2 infonya dong..

Bisa, kalau anda menggunakan Vista, tinggal klik kanan file exe
tersebut lalu pilih properties. Nah, dari tab security anda bisa atur
grup permission untuk program tersebut. Untuk melakukan ini anda harus
bertindak sebagai administrator.

Dear Rekan-rekan,

 

Ada yang punya pengalaman buat ftp?

 

Saya memiliki file desain yang ukuran MB nya sangat besar yang mana tidak
memungkinkan untuk dikirim lewat email. Saya pernah mendapat saran untuk
upload ke ftp saja. Namun saya sama sekali tidak mengerti bagaimana
prosesnya. Mohon pencerahan dan langkah-langkahnya.

 Saya pengguna Telkomselflash ( sekarang baru di istirahatkan
 sementara ) kan juga pengguna Indosat 3.5G lokasi di cikarang bekasi
 sinyal HSDPA/3G hanya 1 bar buat donwlad lumayan antara 60-70
 KBps/sec paket eco 100ribu perbulan , kalau pakai telkomselflash
 paket basic 125ribu perbulan   donwload mentok 20 KBps/sec.
