Perlindungan berbanding terbalik dengan kecepatan. Semakin banyak data virus dan proses heuristik pencarian yang dimiliki akan membuat antivirus semakin bagus perlindungannya tapi jadi semakin minta resource. Sebaliknya, antivirus yang kecil data dan tidak memiliki proses pencarian heuristik akan semakin rendah minta resourcenya dengan imbalan perlindungan yang lebih lemah ketika ada virus beneran yang dia tidak kenal. Paling OK mungkin janjian ama yang bikin virus, kalo mau keluarin virus, kasih dulu detektor dan anekdotnya, jadi antivirus bisa seringan program notepad. Hehehe, just kidding. Kalo kebutuhannya untuk client-server, kayaknya enggak cocok untuk tipe yg home/non-commercial use, deh... Kalo saya lebih milih McAfee Enterprise, tapi saya kurang tau dari segi harga. Sedangkan apabila dibandingkan dengan Symantec Endpoint Corporate dan Kaspersky, McAfee Enterprise lebih ringan dari pemakaian resource.(IMHO)... Kebetulan pernah ada klien yang sebelumnya memakai McAfee Enterprise, kemudian saat lisensi habis ganti IT Manager, mereka memutuskan memakai Kaspersky. Hampir semua user mengeluhkan kinerja komputer yang lebih lambat, terutama kalo kaspersky-nya sedang aktif scanning drive. Dear Pak Agus yang rupawan, Pada saat dicoba menjalankan mini Windows XP noral dan lancar-lancar saja ddemikian juga pada saat habis diinstall ulang masih sempat merasakan cepat, artinya tidak ada masalah dengan Hardwarenya. Kalau boleh saya tanya : Waktu install tidak difirmay ulang, tidak buat partisi baru lagi dan langsung ditimpa dengan windows yang baru kak ? Kalau iya kemungkinan besar di sini masalahnya. Bisa jadi Hardisk itu masih ada Virusnya, Bisa Jadi ada masalah dengan sistem windows sebelumnya atau bahkan partisinya Kalau hanya diinstall ulang dengan ditimpa tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah. Coba pastikan seperti ini : 1. Backup semua data di komputer lain 2. Format ulang lalu install kalau perlu hapus semua partisi yang ada dan bikin partisi baru, pastikan hardisk tidak ada masalah dengan bad sector etc 3. Install Antivirus dan pastikan update 4. Install program 2x yang lainnya ( pastikan bebas virus ) 5. Kembalikan data yang di backup, pastikan di scan dulu sebelum dicopy sehingga benar-benar yakin tidak ada virusnya. Namun tetap lambat klo booting ke hardisk windows. saya ganti RAM, power supply, lepas kabel floppy DVD hasilnya tetap sama. Komputernya nyala cuman lambat banget booting windows padahal habis instal ulang. Pertanyaan saya Ap mesti saya instal ulang lagi dan ulang buat partisi yang baru? Mungkin rekan bisa memberi saran? Hardisk saya copot dan scan virus di komputer yg bersih kemudian saya backup datanya. Kemudian saya instal ulang windows XP. namun awal saya mengalami kendala proses copy CD windows lambat banget. saya bersabar, sampai selesai instal komputer sempat jalan normal saya instal program yang dibutuhkan. Oke finish komputer jalan normal, kecepatannya standar. namun esok hari saya nyalakan lagi masuk booting lambat banget, sampe di windows pun lambat banget untuk buka program. saya coba booting pake Mini Windows XP di hiren boot CD 12. lancar, normal. saya cek hardisk, check disk normal. semuanya normal. Namun tetap lambat klo booting ke hardisk windows. saya ganti RAM, power supply, lepas kabel floppy DVD hasilnya tetap sama. Komputernya nyala cuman lambat banget booting windows padahal habis instal ulang. Pertanyaan saya Ap mesti saya instal ulang lagi dan ulang buat partisi yang baru? Mungkin rekan bisa memberi saran? Halo ITCenter, Saya tengah belajar memahami Restore dari Incremental Backup dgn menggunakan NTBACKUP bawaan Win XP. Untuk itu saya mencoba sbb: 1. Saya buat file text bernama Test.txt, berisi text: Ini Line 1 2. Lalu saya Backup dgn NORMAL BACKUP, ke file Test1.BKF. 3. Lalu saya rubah file text tersebut menjadi: Ini Line 1 Ini Line 2 4. Lalu saya Backup dgn INCREMENTAL BACKUP (bukan Differential Backup), ke file Test2.BKF. 5. Lalu saya HAPUS file Test1.BKF 6.Lalu saya melakukan RESTORE dari file Test2.BKF tersebut. Saya me-restore ke folder lain, namanya ZZZ. Pada RESTORE, pilihan yg saya pilih adalah: Replacing existing file if they are older than the backup files (Sebenarnya pilihan ini tidak ada pengaruhnya. Saya utarakan agar tidak ada pertanyaan) HASILnya adalah : di folder ZZZ terdapat file Test.txt yg berisi : Ini Line 1 Ini Line 2 Yang saya HERAN dan PERTANYAKAN disini adalah: Kenapa Restore BISA berhasil ??? Padahal menurut teorinya saya HARUS merestore dari NORMAL Backup dulu, kemudian barulah me-restore Incremental Backup. Sewaktu Restore proses TIDAK ditanyakan samasekali mana NORMAL Backupnya ?. Klo Lan dipasang n connect ke jaringan n Server (os win 2003 server), maka tdk lama kemudian server akan mengalami Generic Host Error, terputus dan Program aplikasi di server jd tdk bsa diakses, hrs restart dlu. Klo Lan Komp ini dicabut maka aman n server tdk error, program bsa diakses dr komp2 lainnya. Komputernya nyala cuman lambat banget booting windows padahal habis instal ulang. Pertanyaan saya Ap mesti saya instal ulang lagi dan ulang buat partisi yang baru? Mungkin rekan bisa memberi saran? Sudah jelas bahwa masalahnya di komputer yang tersambung ke Internet, karena begitu LANnya diaktifkan langsung berdampak ke komputer yang lainnya khususnya server. Jadi solusinya cukup fokus ke komputer ini saja, tidak usah kotak katik server dan yang lainnya. 1. Putusnkan sambungan ke LAN 2. Bersihkan komputer ini dari Virus / Trojan yang ada di dalamnya, saya pastikan ini virus generic sejenis trojan yang memang cara kerjanya jadi mesin spam/ troja bagi komputer yang lainnya, karena di kantor saya pernah mengalaminya persis. Hilangkan dulu virusnya baru update patchnya. Kalau cuma di update patchnya tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah Kalau perlu copot hardisknya dan bersihkan di komputer yang lain, karena biasanya antivirusnyapun sudah kena jadi tidak akan mengenali virusnya seolah 2x tidak ada Kalau tidak mempan dan perlu install ulang, install ulang dengan format 3. Pastikan semua komputer yang ada terpasang Antivirus Update 4.
