Iya benar pake replication bisa. hanya saja agar replikasi seperti yang diinginkan agar semua data ada di server pusat dan server lain hanya pegang data site masing2 ga ketemu caranya. Mas Aap, IP Publik utk server Mail dan LAN ktr terpisah ato gabung? Saya cuman berbagi pengalaman : Saya dulu sering mengalami hal yg sama.. Setelah diselidiki masalahnya bukan pada server mail.. Salah satu pc di ktr terkenak virus yang mengirim paket trojan/virus ke mana2 melalui jalur lain (bukan melalui jalur email). Akhirnya utk aman saya memisahkan IP publik utk mail server dan IP Public utk LAN.. Maaf saya cuman share pengalaman aja..saya juga masih byk belajar.. Teman2 rekan IT, Dikantor ada laptop yg yg terkena virus, rupanya memang tidak di install AV. Masalahnya saya ingin membersihkan virus, worm, dkk-nya tanpa install OS ulang. Berbagai cara sudah saya coba, yaitu: 1. masuk ke save mode, trs coba install karspersky virus removal tool ga bisa juga. 2. coba scan On Line juga gagal, karna tiap kali kita ketikan kata virus pada search engine lalu browser selalu menutup sendiri. Mugkin ada ide yg lainnya???. Terima kasih Umumnya instalasi default, mail server sudah closed relay untuk menghindari blacklist, tapi silahkan di cek lagi statusnya open atau closed. Yang lebih sering terjadi, OS dari Mail Server-nya kena virus, sehingga virusnya menumpang SMTP dari mail server atau dia punya SMTP Server sendiri untuk kirim spam. Ini mengakibatkan blacklist. Jika user network konek ke Internet, menggunakan IP yang sama dengan mail server (misalnya di belakang proxy), kemungkinan besar ada PC user kena virus yang punya built-in SMTP. Ini bisa mengakibatkan blacklist IP juga. Jadi MS Exchange mau di utak-atik sampai tua juga percuma, karena masalahnya ada di PC user, bukan Exchange. Kalau 1 PC anda sudah butuh waktu lebih dari 6 jam, mungkin masih lebih cepat jika backup data dan reinstall Windows. Tapi kalau memang masih ngotot mau remove tanpa reinstall, lakukan hal ini. 1. Cabut koneksi LAN 2. Masuk safe mode 3. Jalankan virus removal. 4. Restart dan masuk ke Windows secara normal. JANGAN KONEK KE LAN !! 5. Install update/patch Windows. Kemungkinan besar, ini yang jadi kesalahan terbesar anda. Tidak ada artinya anda membersihkan virus, restart Windows dan konek ke LAN TANPA update Windows. Cara update Windows, terserah anda. Bisa anda download di PC lain secara terpisah, masukkan ke flash disk dan install di laptop (dengan asumsi flash disk 100% bebas virus). Bisa juga, laptop konek ke Internet via modem mobile, kemudian update. 6. Setelah semua selesai, baru konek ke LAN. Cara lain, download virus cleaner berbasis Linux dan burn ke CD. [ITCENTER] Bagaimana memindahkah Windows 2003 dari satu mesin ke mesin yang lain tanpa reinstall?
Pingin tahu pengalaman expert Windows di sini kalau dihadapkan pada tugas memindahkan Windows Server 2003 SP2 dari mesin dengan motherboard Intel chipset ICH7 generation ke Intel chipset ICH10 generation. Usernya ndak mau reinstall Windows dan aplikasi di dalamnya. By default, pindahin hard disk dan mengharapkan Windows akan P2P sudah tidak bisa. Saya coba boot di mesin baru langsung BSOD. Check archive di MS Knowledge Base, langsung dinyatakan unsupported. Yang disupport buat driver injection pakai DevCon cuman Windows Server 2008 dan Windows 7 (tapi anehnya ada DevCon buat Windows 2003). Nah pengalaman real life di field sendiri bagaimana? Ada trick untuk melakukannya? Bagaimana kalau memakai Symantec Backup Exec Server Edition? Backup dari hdd server lama. Terserah pakai software apa, asalkan bisa bisa semua (by partisi atau lainnya). 2. Restore Win 2003 di mesin baru 3. Boot via CD-ROM (via Linux, Hirens, atau apapun juga, yang penting bisa read-write ke folder C:\WINDOWS). 4. Timpa beberapa file di C:\WINDOWS, C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. Intinya, BSOD karena perbedaan HAL. Yang ICH7 mungkin masih single core ataupun ACPI/NON-ACPI, dsb, ICH10 sudah multi-core. Jadi setelah restore, timpa file-file HAL single core dengan multi-core. Saya belum coba di Win 2003, tapi di XP 100% berhasil. Itu sebabnya dulu saya bisa bikin 1 master Windows XP untuk bisa install di Pentium 3 s/d multi-core. Kalau mau pakai cara ke 2: 1. Install Windows 2003 di VM (yang penting saat setting, jumlah core-nya di samakan dengan ICH10). 2. Restore Win 2003 di Server fisik ICH10. 5. Boot via CD. 6. Timpa file-file yang telah di backup itu ke folder yang sama. Tentunya terserah anda file backup tadi mau di taruh di flash disk atau lainnya). 7. Restart Windows di ICH10 Catatan: a) Di BiOS juga perlu disamakan, agar ACPI enabled b) Ini dengan asumsi plain ICH7 dan ICH7, tanpa RAID. Teoritis, driver ICH7 bisa di kenal oleh ICH10. Kalau tidak di kenal, mungkin perlu utak-atik SATA/SATA emulation IDE dan sejenisnya. c) Cara diatas juga seharusnya bisa jika tanpa backup, langsung pindah hdd, hanya saja terlalu riskan, karena harus replace beberapa file penting. Sebaiknya sistem backup restore. Symantec Backup Server kemungkinan besar tidak bisa, karena ini masalah perbedaan HAL, kecuali software backup-nya cukup canggih dan sudah antisipasi masalah ini dalam software mereka. Pengalaman saya pakai acronis true image bisa pak. Nanti ada pilihan apakah smua driver di pindahkan atau systemnya saja. di kalau kita cuma include kan systemnya aja dijamin gak blue screen. windows akan mendeteksi chipset terbaru pada mainboard.. kalau saya sih selama ini pindah lain mesin asal masih sama vendor prosesor jarang gagal error HAL kunci utamanya di IDE/Atapi controler sebelum di pindahin reset dulu ke default windows. yang gampangnya pakai cd HIren versi 10 keatas ada tuh fix hd/ide controler.
