Frens, Selamat idul fitri sebelumnya, maaf lahir bathin. Langsung saja ya, gini user saya ada masalah dengan calendar sharing. Jadi setelah membuka icon calendar, tanggalan yg ada di calendarnya itu tidak otomatis terbuka. Baik tanggalan yg ada di sidebar kiri begitupun content calendar yg ada di kanan, jadi harus di klik dulu nama share si calendar baru tanggal2nya muncul dan tanggalan disebelah kanan dan contentnya akan muncul. Maap cross posting. Guys, minta tulung ni, ada data berupa gambar (jpeg) di compact flash punya temen yg tidak sengaja dia hapus semuanya melalui kameranya (Nikon D70s). karna isinya poto2 penting buat prewed, jadi mau di recovery nie. Saya sudah coba recover pake GetDataBack for NTFS, Recover My Files, Final Recovery, hasilnya hanya 1 file saja yg ke scan, itupun karna file tersebut sebelumnya di lock melalui kameranya. sedangkan saya coba pake Ontrack Easy Recovery Pro hasil scannya ada sktr 110 files, tp sayangnya semua sizenya 0 Kb jadi ga bs kebuka. kalo saya sih gampang mikirnya. memang perusahaan butuh yang multi skill, itu wajar tapi yang jelas, tekuni 1 bidang saya yang kuat dan yang lain pelan pelan jalan juga sebagai persiapan tapi kalo kita nguasai 1 bidang dengan mahir, kalo pergaulan kita OK maka mudah cari pekerjaan. nah sekarang kalo kita ahli 1 bidang apalagi multi skill mungkin kalo udah pergaulan nya rame, ngapain ngelamar keja kenapa gak bikin lapangan kerja sendiri aja ikut bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. kerja di perusahaan di bayar segitu2 aja apalagi sekarang kerja main kontrak. kalo kita ada skill lebih mestinya kita dapet penghasilan lebih daripada gaji kita di perusahaan tsb. tinggal bagaimana kita mengaturnya saja. selama masih kuliah atau sekolah, kampus atau sekolah sepertinya menjadi tempat yang sangat kondusif untuk proses belajar dan pergaulan dibidang yang kita geluti. misal, kita menjadi salah satu staff IT di sebuah univ katakanlah seperti itu. tergantung pak kalo pada perusahaan dengan tingkat urgenitas tinggi sebaiknya pake konsultan, artinya migrasi tidak sekedar ngoprexm doank lah kalo misal nya saya kerja di perusahaan A. kemudian kantor A mau migrasi ke linux semua dengan skill saya, secara teknis saya sanggup dan mungkin hal biasa saja. tapi saya balik tanya ke pimpinan saya, kalo seandainya migrasi ini gagal atau tidak jalan normal atau butuh waktu untuk mempelajari, apakan bos saya mentolerir , jawab nya iya dan tidak kalo jawab nya iya, = ada kerjaan mograsi oleh orang dalem sendiri dengan resiko ada gangguan yang di pecahkan sendiri oleh saya dan Tim dalam sebuah perusahaan A tsb dan saya berani karena saya aman dari pekerjaan saya, seandainya ada masalah, bos saya akan bertanya " kenapa tidak jalan dan banyak file yang gak kebuka, apa masih perlu tools atau software lain, kalo iya kita carikan aja lagi dan kita pelajari bersama-sama" saya pasti nya akan menjawab, wah pak, kita ada kendala dikit dan perlu waktu untuk memperlajari, kalo masalah tools dan software pendukung, siap kan aja dana cadangan pak :D kalo jawab nya = tidak, nah ini gawat, karena kalo gak berjalan baik, saya bisa keluar dengan sendiri nya atau di keluarkan. soalnya bos saya akan bilang seperti ini " sudah saya bilang, kita ini perusahaan yang tingkat kebutuhan terhadap aktivitas komputer tinggi, jadi kita tidak main main disini" kalo pilihan nya tidak , ini perlu konsultan, karena kalo ada msalah, ya biarlah konsultan yang di maki-maki hehehe :D tapi kalo saya jadi pimpinan sih, saya mengusahakan orang dalem aja yang ngerjain tanpa bantuan konsultan, atau paling tidak konsultan 10 -25 % lah, karena kalo apa apa konsultan kalo memang udah ada orang yang nanganin IT nya. buat apa mereka kerja disini kalo bukan untuk itu, kalo gak bisa ya belajar, kalo gak mau belajar ya jangan kerja disini, masih banyak tempet lain yang mau bayar orang yang gak mau belajar ( sebagian besar ;d) keuntungan dari menggunakan orang dalem sendiri menurut saya diantaranya adalah orang dalem ini lebih banyak bisa nya dan dia ada perkembangan ilmu nya dan mungkin karir dia, ya mungkin kalo dia gak bisa, suruh dia belajar lah kesana sini. dengan begini kemungkinan si dia ini merasa waduh perusahaan ini baik banget ma aku, aku jadi gak enak nih kalo ninggalin nya, padahal perusahaan B nawar gaji besar nih tapi kerjanya fulltime dak bisa makan dan mikir lagi. Dear All mohon bantuannya Di tempat saya ada HDD yang bermasalah, typenya Maxtor 6L300R0 300 GB dan keadaan awalnya tidak dipartisi Skrg kondisi HDDnya di jadikan slave, HDD kedetect tapi Bios, Device Manager Di disk management muncul tp ga dapet drive, dan ada tanda seru. Di windows explorer tidak muncul drivenya. hanya drive C & D saja kemudian beberapa saat kompie hang dan saya restart manual, lalu saat booting masuk ke checkdisk. dan anehnya saat check disk muncul drive e (padahal tadi cuman drive c & D saja yg muncul).
