Dear Beni_ta30, Mungkin maksudnya kalo berkaitan dengan team...misalnya suatu project atau pekerjaan tertentu yang berkaitan dengan team tersebut, mampu membuat bawahan bekerja dengan optimal atau sebaik baiknya walaupun di bawah tekanan, misalnya deadline yang berat, tentunya setelah melalui pertimbangan bahwa mereka bisa melakukannya. Sedangkan kalo secara individu ya, mampu bekerja sebaik-baiknya secara individu walaupun ada tekanan. Misal diberi kerjaan untuk melakukan presentasi kepada BOD secara mendadak seok harinya padahal belum ada persiapan sama sekali. Ini menurut pemikiran pribadi saya saja.. Maaf Suhu2 semua disini, saya mohon bantuannya karena PC saya tidak muncul run nya, saya coba masuk ke safe mode lewat f8 tidak bisa, akhirnya nyoba safe boot yang pake ms config pak command promp ternyata disable juga, coba cari2 ke gugel ada yang menyarankan utk menolkan nilai di registri jika nilai di registri =1,setelah saya check ternyata registrinya sudah bernilai nol. tapi run dan msconfig masih tetap aja disable. LOGOFF, hanya option SHUTDOWN saja.
Saya sudah masuk ke User Accounts -Change the way users Log on or off,
trus optionnya saya pilih semua. Hasilnya tetap sama (option LOGOFF
tidak muncul)
Mohon bagi rekan2 untuk bisa bantu mengatasi problem ini.
Nggak nyaman juga setiap kali mo ganti user harus RESTART terus...

dulu juga pernah ngalamin hal seperti ini, saran aja mungkin...copot harddisknya dan di scan di komputer yang bersih dari virus. komputer yang bersih itu coba di install avast setelah itu scan deh. Klo dari Bgr naek bus jurusan Bogor - Kalideres, turun di Slipi Jaya
(dhi depan Slipi Jaya Plaza). Lalu dari situ nyebrang lewat jembatan
penyeberangan. Diseberang ada Hotel Menara Peninsula. Lalu naik
saja bus yg kearah Kp.Rambutan. Bisa naik Patas 6 jurusan Grogol -
Kp.Rambutan, bisa juga naik PPD 46 jurusan Grogol - Kp.Rambutan.
Lalu turun saja di Komdak, nanya sama kerneknya. Atau bisa juga
naik bus jurusan Bogor - Bekasi atau Bogor - Karawang, turun di
UKI, lalu dari UKI naik bus Patas 6 jurusan Kp.Rambutan - Grogol
atau bisa juga naik PPD 46 jurusan Grogol - Kp.Rambutan. Lalu
turun saja di Komdak.

Sudah dicoba bawa ke service printer untuk cuci head, mereka nyerah ... Bibawa ke service resmi epson, mereka estimasi harus ganti head printer unit total biaya hampir sama harga printer baru (ganti head, jasa, tinta bw warna). Setelah konsultasi dengan beberapa tukang service, ternyata printer beginian (teknologi tinta) tergolong printer 'mampet - buang', apalagi untuk epson .. head printer menyatu dengan printer, pada printer lain ada yg menyatu pada cartridge. Trik untuk awet adalah selalu rutin mencetak. minimal 2 hari sekali, kalau bisa printer selalu 'on' untuk menjaga tinta pada nozzle tidak mampet. Untuk saat ini C65 saya sudah tidak layak untuk mencetak dan sedang menunggu pameran komputer, sukur2 ada promo trade-in dengan printer baru, ... semoga membantu. X-Free mungkin bisa jadi bahan pertimbangan sebab brand ini merupakan bagian
dari creative labs yang cukup dikenal dibidang digital, karena dikhusus untuk
entry level maka harga usernya +/- rp. 190 rb.
menurut saya kulitas bassnya cukup solid dan treblenya cukup jernih untuk
dipakai dalam ruangan 5 x 5 m2.
kalau yang ini kurang baik yaaa berarti mesti pakai yang harga diatas 300rb.

aku pake HP Scanjet 8350 memang lumayan mahal kira2 12 jutaan, tapi sepertinya tidak bisa di share scannernya, adapun yang bisa dishare adalah hasilnya (foldernya harus dishare). jadi kalo ada yang ingin scan taro aja documentnya di scanner kan ada fasilitas ADF (automatic Document Feeder) trus dapat melanjutkan pekerjaan kita deh...fasilitasnya ADF, Flatbed, Duplex(bolak-balik), bisa transfer ke word, PDF, excel, Paint, Notepad, Web Publisher, power point, FTP. bukan bermaksud tuk promosi... Pada tanggal 07/01/16, pbgabsi [EMAIL PROTECTED] menulis: FYI, pernah pakai HP Scan Jet (lupa tipe berapa) kira2 3 tahun lalu harganya masih 4 jutaan. Output bisa langsung jadi PDF jadi gak perlu beli Adobe Acrobat. Saya punya pengalaman tentang deepfreeze... Deepfreezze itukan disk protection...komp client saya hanya install deppfreezenya drive c: aja. sedangkan drive d nya untuk data.. jadi untuk program dan settingannya saya rasa cukup aman..terutaman untuk komputer yang terkoneksi ke internet (biasanya kena spam.. trsu di restart ilang deh tuh spam)...tetapi terkadang kalo kita mo nyeting lagi..harus di buka dulu dan disconnect . network soalnya sekali komp kita kena virus... terus di deepfreeze selamanya akan kena virus. Hello semua, Begini skenarionya: saat ini saya bisa memutar file *.AVI kemudian meload subtitle *.SRT dengan bantuan VobSub software. Player di komputer menggunakan Media Player Classic. Saya sempat mencoba2x Nero Vision untuk mengconvert semuanya ke VCD format. Ada sedikit masalah. Pada saat preview film tersebut sebelum di-burn, subtitle yang ada berhasil diload dengan menggunakan VobSub. Akan tetapi pada saat di-burn (saya burn ke image terlebih dahulu, daripada membuang 1 CD), ternyata sub-title nya tidak. More info. nama filenya *.AVI telah saya samakan persis dengan *.SRT nya Ada saran software lain ? Saya newbie di bidang video editing ini. Saya pake WinXP Prof. Terima kasih atas sarannya. Pengalaman saya hampir serupa dengan mas rick.Awalnya dari adanya data yang dibawa pulang oleh user (sebagai pr di rumah), tetapi kenyataannya malah buruk. User yang membawa data tadi di-phk, akibatnya banyak data-data perusahaan yang penting dan rahasia masih ada padanya.Hal itu sangat berbahaya bagi perusahaan. Pihak top manajemen kami akhirnya memutuskan untuk mancabut semua external media seperti CDROM, Floopy dan me-non aktifkan USB. Sehingga user tidak bisa transfer data tanpa sepengetahuan Admin, dan kalaupun user meminta transfer data harus disertai dengan ijin dan tugas yang berat ( disertai dengan bukti tanda tangan). Sehingga apabila ada kehilangan data maka user tersebut yg bertanggung jawab. Namun akibatnya tim IT kami pun menjadi tersiksa. Banyak pertanyaan, hujatan bahkan secara terang-terangan mereka menolak. Akhirnya dengan cara yang bijak dimeetingkan, akhirnya terlaksana. Memang terkadang apabila terdapat kebijakan IT yang TERLALU LOSS (tidak mengikat) maka bagi admin, ini merupakan ancaman. Pembatasan hak akses atau quota memang perlu dilakukan, sepanjang itu merupakan kebijakan dari perusahaan dan atas pertimbangan yang logis. Betul kata Bung Albert, tidak semua mainboard generasi Pentium II atau III tidak bisa pakai PC133. Soalnya saya masih punya mainboard dengan prosesor Celeron 500 Mhz berjalan normal dengan PC133. Sekadar saran, mungkin bisa hunting SDRAM second di toko-toko komputer seperti di Mangga Dua, Jakarta. Kadang masih ada yang jual, cuma harus rajin hunting. Setahu saya untuk mainboard dengan SDRAM PC100 tidak bisa menggunakan SDRAM PC133. Kecuali sebaliknya, tapi rugi juga karena performanya akan turun. Kebetulan saya pernah mengalami hal yang sama di PC DELL Pentium III juga (lupa jenis detilnya apa, model casing desktop bukan mini tower dan bukan rakitan). Solusinya memang hanya mengganti dengan SDRAM PC100. Saya mo kasih info tuk rekan2 di Jkt n Semarang, stoknya PCMCIA n USB- nya M8 skrg sdh ada, sadly di tempat saya Surabaya malah blm ada, paketnya murah, ambil paket 15 jam/bln, bayar alatnya cuma 300rb (ZTE loh), gratis 10 jam bln pertama, n kuota pemakaian 15jam/bln dgn abonemen 160 rb/bln selama 12 bln. Jika mati karena tidak di pakai anda tinggal set saja waktunya melalui Control Panel Power Option tetapi jika sedang kerja tiba2 mati, ini yg lumayan perlu di waspadai Berdasarkan pengalaman saya sih karena processor over heating (terlalu panas) sehingga memaksa BIOS untuk mematika Laptop Penanggulangannya sih harus di cek blower yg ada di laptop, ada kalaya karena kotor mengakibatkan Blower itu tidak bekerja dengan baik btw, Laptopnya Merk/Seri Apa Pak ? Coba anda lihat di setting power management nya.biasanya laptop ada settingan pada waktu laptop hendak ditutup. Defaultnya hibernate.coba anda ganti settingnya. Kalo ternyata berhasil,berarti klep/switch pada monitor laptop anda bermasalah. PC yg dipake Acer Veriton 7700G PIV 3.0GHz, RAM 1GB HDD 80GB (gak ada hubungannya sih dgn Hardware gw rasa), jangan nyaranin Di format ulang yach? itu mah solusi terakhir, n gw udah tau itu, coba kira2 ada yg terlewat gak ama cara gw diatas?
