Lebih lengkap lagi bila dikirimkan error message yg muncul (bila ada). Ok, asumsi file excel sama sekali tidak bisa dibuka dan tanpa error message sedikitpun. Sepertinya kemungkinan-nya seperti ini: 1. sebaiknya sebelum diapa-apain backup dulu file tsb. 2. File .xls tsb corrupt bahkan tidak bisa sekalipun hanya untuk dibuka saja. untuk itu disarankan coba buka pake excel versi terbaru. jika tidak berhasil, coba dibuka menggunakan ms. word atau buka dengan Spreadsheet viewer yang bisa anda download dari internet. kemudian copy data dari .xls yg berhasil terbuka tsb. kemungkinan yg didapat adalah kehilangan format cell, formula dsb. 3. alternatif lainnya adalah dengan membuat .xls baru, kemudian coba buat external link ke .xls yg corrupt tadi itu. Pak heru, spec pc sudah berlebih kalau hanya untuk aktifitas dengan spreadsheet. mnrt saya ada bbrp kemungkinan penyebab file anda tidak seperti biasanya (termasuk scroll lambat, loading lambaaat, dan sejenisnya). 1. file excel (workbook) tersebut mengalami bloat, bisa dicoba mengingat-ingat apakah kenaikan ukuran file naik secara wajar dibandingkan dengan penambahan data baru di sheet? jika ternyata ada indikasi penambahan data sedikit tetapi file size menjadi berlipat2 ganda berarti terjadi bloat. 2. workbook tersebut corrupt ada yg bisa dilakukan untuk keadaan seperti ini, meskipun dengan cara manual. 1. backup dulu workbook yg bermasalah tsb (in case ada fatal pd workbook, msh pny aslinya) 2. periksa satu-persatu sheet pastikan tidak ada yg error 3. cek dulu file size, lalu delete sheet tersebut. kemudian cek file size lagi. (dari sini kita bisa lihat sheet yg potensial menjadi sumber bloat) 4. lakukan cara tsb sampai sheet terakhir 5. jika sudah ditemukan sheet yg bermasalah, delete saja. untuk aman create saja sheet baru jangan lakukan copy dari sheet bermasalah tersebut. jika masih kurang puas dengan hasil diatas bisa dilakukan dengan melakukan select atas cell-cell data dari tiap sheet, kemudian lakukan cut-paste ke workbook dan worksheet baru. hindari copy-paste dari worksheet yg bermasalah karena akan terbawa di workbook baru. koreksi kalo salah ya. semoga membantu. cheers robo - Original Message - From: indogo_26 To: ITCENTER@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, August 16, 2006 2:49 PM Subject: [ITCENTER] Scroll lambat Hi all, Langsung aja yach..
