Hi Mas Wono.. Di safe mode, Desktop (klik kanan)kamu masuk ke display. Di Setting, masuk ke Advance. Pilih monitor setting, Kamu ganti refresh-rate nya ke yang lebih rendah(pakai 60 Hertz saja) Saya mengalami ini di 3 PC ,dan saya lakukan hal yang sama. Cuma menambahkan.. kalau belum beres juga, coba ganti monitor typenya ke tipe yang lebih kuno (misal : KFC Computec KM-14, geenric monitor 14 tahun jebot) klik OK, OK sampe nutup semua, buka lagi seharusnya sekarang muncul refresh rate 56 Hz dan 43 Hz Interlaced, coba deh pakai refresh2 rate itu. mas wono, coba masuk ke safe mode, terus ke properties dekstop, di setting monitor screen resolution pilih ke paling kiri/bawah di 800 x 600, klik apply, kemudian ok dan close. sampai sejauh ini apakah windows di posisi safe mode bisa berjalan lama, kira2 5 menitan lah. Kalo bisa berjalan lancar silahkan direstart dan masuk ke posisi windows normal. Seharusnya sih windowsnya udah bisa berjalan normal.
