Hi Alan; Go into the Control Panel and press enter on, Accessibility Options. When this opens you should be on the Keyboard page. Just tab through and make sure that Sticky Keys isn't checked. To get the Eject a Device, in Windows 7, go to Desktop. Tab to Notification Shevron and press space. Right arrow several times and don't pause or the window can close automatically. I can't tell you how many right arrows because I think it is system specific. But, it will say something like Remove a Device and down arrow down till you get the right selection. I hope this helps. Hi, Here's what I did when I couldn't figure that one out. 1. CTRL pannel and in the search field typed in notification. 2. tabbed until I heard notification area ICONS link and pressed enter. 3. After pressing enter you should land on an ok button. 4. I tabbed until I heard list windows explorer combo box and made sure it was set on to show icons and notifications. If you would like to verify this is where you need to be just route jaws to pc and read down one line when you are on the windows explorer combobox and it should read safely remove hard ware and eject media. 5. I tabbed over to the ok button and pressed spacebar. Al, I often browse through the keyboard manager if I am trying to find a keystroke. They are typically named pretty reasonably, so it isn't too difficult to find them.
