[JAWS-Users] JAWS And Microsoft Outlook 2007 And 2010

2012-07-02 Thread Hicks Steven (CORNWALL IT SERVICES)
Hi friends,

When in Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010, tal the folders seem to default to sort
by decending and not assending which is the way I prefer it.
I can change each folder manually by going in to view, and changing the sort
but is there an easy way to change all the foldering in one hit?

Many thanks in anticipation,

Steve.

My personal favorite among cd burners that are free and accessible is
one called

Infragrecorder

This program is free and open source. It handles all kinds of cd and
dvd formats, audio cd's among those.

I do not know the homepage for Infrarecorder at the moment but it is

most painless method of getting it is probably from

[JAWS-Users] Jaws 10.0.1178 64 bit and Braille displays

2012-07-02 Thread M. Reta
Hi, All,
In Windows Vista 64 bit PC, Jaws 10 doesn't show the list of Braille displays
except the pac mate and Focus under the Synthesizer and Braille manager. I
didn't face this problem in Windows XP.
How can I can add a Braille display in the Vista system?
Thank you for your help.
Reta

You have taken the plunge and gone Win 7 at last, Ms. Becky? *smile*

My personal favorite among cd burners that are free and accessible is one
 called

 Infragrecorder

This program is free and open source. It handles all kinds of cd and dvd
 formats, audio cd's among those.

I do not know the homepage for Infrarecorder at the moment but it is
probably hosted either on Source forge or Googlecode. However, the most
painless method of getting it is probably from

 www.ninite.com

You can burn a CD with windows media player in windows 7. It took me a while
to get used to it, but it can be done. It is very possible that this
infragrecorder is much easier to use. I'd be interested in getting some
response from those who have used both.

[JAWS-Users] Microsoft Word 2007

2012-07-02 Thread Josh
Hello Everyone,
I have encountered an issue with my Microsoft Word 2007. It use to say blank to
indicate a blank line. It now says Paragraph Mark or my fiance told me how to
get it to stop that by pressing control shift and the number 8, but that makes
the program even more annoying because now it says new line and repeats itself
twice everytime I come across a new line. Does anyone have any suggestions on
how to correct this? All input will be greatly appreciated. Oh and I am using
Jaws 13 latest version.

Re: [JAWS-Users] Microsoft Word 2007 Problem Resolved

2012-07-02 Thread Josh
Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know I seemed to have resolved the problem. I
restarted the computer and all seems to be working fine again. Apparently I was
running Jaws too long and it wasn't liking it.
