Re: [JAWS-Users] BCC FIELD

2012-08-15 Thread John R. Vaughn
Fred, I am not on my Office 2010 machine and cannot test this but I think
this is what you need to do to turn on the BCC field.

John
To have the BCC field to show in outlook2010,

1, create new message,

2, press, alt+p=options,

3, now press the letter "b".

If you want to go through the menus,

1, alt+-key,
You will hear;
Message tab,

2, right arrow until you hear options tab Down arrow and then right arrow
until you hear, Show fields;

Note,
If you have the virtual ribbon on,
Once you get to options tab,
Down arrow will see,
Show fields.

the option to send a page or link can be unavailable if your mail program is
not the default program for all protocols. To make sure that it is:
1. open the default programs page of the control panel.
2. tab to the set your default programs link and open it.
3. tab to the list of programs, and select your mail program, which in your
case is windows mail.
4. tab to the set this program as default button, and press it.

This may fix your problem, though I've read of cases when it hasn't.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] issue with Windows Mail

I am unable to send webpage links using Windows Mail. The option is not
available to send a page or a link when on the webpage. Is there a
solution
  for this?

The version of IE and JAWS doesn't seem to make a difference.

  Thanks.

  Tara

Remember that with Microsoft Word 2010, you can toggle between insert and
type-over modes with alt-control-i.

Hi,
Thanks and that's what I thought. Will have to make sure that's what
she's using and if it is, I have no idea why it won't read for her.
