I suggest not to copy the structure from the old computer, but instead,
copy
the folder with the *.dbx files somewhere on you new PC and use the import
feature in OE. It can be found in file menu/import/messages. Just copying
files and folders is risky. Also using backup programs to restore OE
information and data to your new PC is dangerous. I once had to reinstall
my
xp because I used this kind of programs. They are good for restoring
settings, rules and messages to the same computer, but are very dengerous
to transfer them to a new clean Windows instalation.

usually outlook folders are sore in folder
path is given below
all you have to change name of person after documents and settings
write your name or name in computer
copy all folders and store it in external device
now in new computer go to same path open folder mention in path
and paste all folders there
path is
C:\Documents and Settings\Firoz\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{D74E398C-067E-447C-8BD9-D0A23462655B}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express
for this you have keep hidden file and folders open
other wise local setting folder will not be shown

I have a new challenge for the list?
I got a new computer, and I want to move some of my folders from outlook
express that are full of emails that I don't want to lose, to the new
computer outlook express.
I thought I could zip the folder and move it that way, but I can't figure
it out. Does any one know how I can do it with Jaws 8?
On both computers I'm running Jaws 8, windows XP home, and IE 7. I have a
transfer kit, but I don't want this OE, because there is something wrong
with this one, and I want to start out with the new Outlook express.
I hope this makes since to you.
