Re: [JAWS-Users] Accomplish Cash Manager and JFW
Have been emailing with the manufacturer. They are usually about 24 hours behind, as they are in New Zeeland. If you purchase the software for, I think it's around $500, you get tech support with it. The distributor of it here in the US mainly sells the software, but doesn't know a whole lot about it to answer questions. It was my impression as well that it is fairly accessible, but I don't want to purchase unless we're positive of that. Was hoping to find an experienced user. Have you looked into using Quickbooks online through a browser? I have not used it, but their advertisements sound like you can use it in a limited way for free. If memory serves, it allows several invoices per month for free. It should certainly let you determine if it fits your needs and is accessible. *Don Marang* On 10/20/2011 1:48 PM, Rhonda Scott wrote: Hi John, Thank you for pointing it out about the reports not being accessible. Re: [JAWS-Users] Accomplish Cash Manager
Yes, we did use Excel for a time, but when it comes to tracking sales and inventory, everything had to be input manually as we purchased or sold, but it looks like this software will keep track for us once we do the initial inventory entry. With the spreadsheets, each time I purchased from a distributor or sold a part from inventory, I had to remember to enter that data into my spreadsheet or my figures and inventory weren't accurate. At times it gets far too busy at the shop to keep notes and remember to update my spreadsheets. If this will help us, that will be most excellent!
